I went to a Mcdonalds and went on the play-place and your not support to be 13+ and I was 12 and she said I had to get out :cry: :o That is so unfair! I get in at ball pits for like... under 12's and I'm almost 17 :thumbsup: ... that seems creepy now to me :? I was in the big play thingy at the dairy queen, with two of my friends, and we payed the money and everything. and we took our shoes off(cause you're not allowed shoes) and, five minutes later, are the girls who worked there came and yelled at us, and didn't give us our money back. and I had to put converses on, and they take forever to tie up. It was rather embarassing. But mcdonald's still lets me play in there play park. I can't really fit anymore though sadly. Awww that's cruel. :(

Was that on April fools or was it later in the year? Holidays usually mean christmas/new years. Nah it was for April fools, I think they were telling us we'd have to come in at the next term/half term break.

Related to this, when you're talking about something and everyone else gets really quiet while you're still talking. Once, me and a friend were talking about high-velocity tungsten cannon balls tearing through people, buildings, everything, and just as I was saying something about pink mist, the entire classroom got dead quiet. It's like "wtf?". Oh GOD I get that about five times in every lesson I have. The volume on some of my lessons just is like a rollercoaster. Then my friend next to me will always say 'It always goes quiet!' in a hushed tone. And he won't actually talk until it's sufficiently loud enough for him. OH! and on things that annoy the hell out of me. TWILIGHT.

This is essentially the point of the entire post. Is RWT really having such a negative impact that these changes are necessary? Look around you and compare the current times to the old times. Macroers are no longer ruining the game, and credit card fraud issues have been dealt with (as said by Jagex). Transferring gold is dangerous, and time-consuming. RWT has been HUGELY REDUCED as a whole. So it leads to the question: Does the RWT going on right now affect you at all? Answer this question personally, not with the generic brainwashing comments Jagex has spread throughout the community. The only reason I can think up which affects the game negatively at this point are the updates that are aimed at stopping it. Brainwashing? I knew those Castle Wars portals were doing something odd. :ohnoes: Anywho On topic... At the moment RWT levels are low, yes. That is a GOOD thing. But RWTers are sneaky little gits. You leave them with something they can use say... Bounty Hunter, and they're going to use it and abuse it. You don't even know what the changes ARE yet, how do you know that anything about the front end of the game will be changed but they're only changing some of the underlying code or something? Or that it becomes more profitable? I assume that you think there should be improvements to Bounty Hunter in at least some way. How do you know they're not working on fixing what you want RIGHT now while you're here on a fansite whining about something that hasn't even happened yet?

An interesting site to look at would be the Electronic Frontier Foundation's website. There's a lot of information about DMCA's, YouTube videos ect on there. They deal with unfair takedowns and other interesting stuff.

True :( But since LittleKuriboh wasn't a part of the partnership program or anything there weren't (usually) advertisements on HIS videos specifcially so it wasn't even that illegal. I think. YouTube are just scared. They get hit with a DMCA notice and if they don't respond then they're going to get their [wagon] kicked by Viacom or whoever's lawyers so they just remove the video, or mute the audio in some cases.

A lot of people at my old secondary used to play. To be honest it never really comes up much in conversation unless it's with a few friends of mine and they just roll their eyes and say 'Right'. I have much more nerdy & insultable things I have to keep hidden from my Sixth Form College to be honest. Cosplaying being the main thing. I used to make YouTube Vlogs until everybody at my Secondary found out about it last summer. I still haven't lived it down. :wall:
