No bot(ter)s were banned in the bot nuke. The point and focus of the nuke wasn't to ban them, it was to break them. :P.

I'd like to help you, but I have a problem with bloom as well. It won't work for me, with or without anti-aliasing. Whenever I try to turn it on, the game instantly crashes. Bloom+DirectX in general will not work properly. You'll lose a portion of the bottom and right side of your screen and the minimap will vanish. :thumbup:

+7 levels is double the xp :). Right now I just want Primal 2H and Hex. 120 will come soon enough, but I only dungeoneer for fun; Primal 2H and Hex would add a lot to that fun. :P. So today I also bought my Desperado ring for when that Hex eventually shows up on the ground with my name on it. :D.

Felt like dungeoneering a bit again. Missed my level screenshot... But got 110. Love seeing the XP until level go up; gives me more reason to dungeoneer. :).

RuneScape has already been taking baby-steps toward the instant gratification. Look at how long skills took to train just a year ago. Two years ago. Hell, go back 5 years. Remember how rare maxed combat players were, let alone maxed in all stats? Now maxed players flood the game. Jagex is already releasing updates which are allowing people to reach levels faster then ever. (Hi Soul Wars!). Every time they get a group of people complaining about a certain skill/group being left out, they cave in.

As many will agree this seemed like more of a rant so I moved it to the more appropriate forum. If you have an issue with that or feel it should be moved back for any reason, don't hesitate to PM me. As for the topic, it's been discussed many many times in more threads then I care to mention. :P. I voted to have it back and don't regret it. It's nice to have less limits for things like borrowing/lending multiple items for bosses, being generous to friends, etc. Although, I think even if the votes didn't go according to Jagex' plan, they still would have released it again. >.<

Like he said, at the end of the video, you can see the 200 times he hit the person as the camera rotated. Imagine starting each duel, running to the same square, speccing twice, rotating the camera very slightly, starting another duel, speccing twice, repeat 100x. Look at 2:51 of the video. This video must have taken weeks if not months. o_O. Probably why he only has 3.

It's pretty amazing but it seems like it's a private server with a walking animation bug, he went through walls and stuff :\. He took a screeny on one side, ran around to the other side, screenied. That's why it's called a stop n go. :P. The whole video is done with a few thousand screenshots, not video.

Which is the point I was trying to make. And to note, I'm not in support of botters and I don't encourage it. I dislike them. However, with the way the current game is laid out I can understand their arguments as to why they would. Call it immoral or what ever you wish. It's a game. People cheat in relationships, on exams, in real life where there are real consequences. Of course people will be tempted and give into cheating on a game where there are no real consequences.

A lot of other MMOs, you start a new account and BAM! There's action right away. WarRock/Battlefield, for example. You start an account, you're given a gun and thrown into the game with immediate action. 15 seconds from registering and starting up the game, your in as much of the action that the game has to offer. WulframII had a 15 hour training servers. Training was boring and a lot of people quit before reaching the good content. They didn't want to sign up to sit 'practicing' for any number of hours. They wanted to fill out the form and play with the big boys. RuneScape is the same... Only people have a method to automate the training process. You sign up, get given a few GP, some runes and arrows, and are forced to grind like hell to reach anything even remotely close to good content. I remember each account I started, killing goblins, then guards, etc etc. It's boring as hell. These people want to see and reach the good content but aren't willing to sit through countless hours of training to reach it. It's a fault on Jagex' end. If they gave lower levels more crap to do then sit chopping trees, bank standing, etc... Give them a reason to play besides the, "Well, in 40 hours of playing grinding, I can unlock ___. Then I can do that for 80 hours until I can do ___. Then I can finally start to ___!" Honestly, what is there for lower levels to do? Boss hunt? Merch? Minigames? Grind?

for some reason the runescape higscore stats tracker is blank after the 15th, so hard to pull anything from there. the amount of p2p as of today (19th mar) is 886,171 it was 876595 on the 15.mar at 13:00 (last number i can find on: http://open.tip.it/high-score-stats) so that number has gone up probably due to bxpw. so there seams to have been a nice hig lvl nuke hitting runescape on the 16th, can also locate a few other moments in 2012 that the ranks have suddenly gone up, but these have been much smaller and harder to locate. one must also consider that the ranks should have gone down due to bxpw, so the number off banns/resets is most likely higer. You forget people cancelling or not renewing their memberships? Hiscore ranks are not a trustworthy source any more.

I'm so jelly. I keep getting so excited 'cause I'm getting closer to 113! Although I like my PBA 'cause I can always have my trusty CSB ready. :P. From a new 106 at the start of BXPW to 26% to 110 right now. I'm at almost 10M DG this weekend. Lol.

Completely incorrect. They're making money off of their hundreds, if not thousands, of hours put into writing a bot. Who gives a damn if it's for a game that someone else wrote? It's like if I decided to charge for my DGSweeper. It's my program. It doesn't matter that it'll only work and was built with and for RuneScape. It was my time and my energy put into developing it. A bot is no different. By your logic, companies like GameShark should never have existed because they simply supplied cheats for another company's game.

Decided to buy this for one simple reason... ...To bring it as a ranging amulet switch at Armadyl. Already don't bring food (Only Bones to Peaches), only one backup prayer potion (Using Prayer Renewals)... This might get rid of that one Prayer Potion. :D. Worth a shot. Found a lot of incredible setups for various bosses trying things people thought was dumb. ;). Also, never checked my rings in months... Didn't think I needed to as I remembered doing T10 Melee and Magic. Turns out I was only T9 Melee. Fixed that problem: :). Edit: After checking the stats on the necklace in-game, turns out it has a +13 prayer bonus. Best in-game. Tip.It's items database doesn't have its stats listed. =/

Why do people keep getting levels in my worst floors of the day? D: (Well to be fair, the 2nd worst, that one warp was just awful, lol). I think people on welfare should be given a time limit to find employment. Of course people will have disabilities and things preventing them from working, and they should be given special treatment... But I know people who've been on welfare for years, have mustangs, big screen T.V's, and every console you could think of. Yet, I'm unfortunately handicapped, can still make a decent amount for myself working at home, and they refuse to pay me even a fraction of what these other people are getting. Yeah, it's definitely flawed.
