I really can't stop laughing at that! Lol. Epic!
  2. A mass ban? So they store the names of botters and allow them to bot until they CBA to ban them all? As opposed to ban them immediately?
  3. I'd just like to remind everyone, although this is a touchy subject, and one that people will obviously feel strongly about, please remember to try and not get too personal and perhaps too insulting. Even though you may directing comments toward someones argument, that person may take it as if that comment is directed at them personally. Thanks guys! Look forward to reading some more opinions!
  4. Waiting for BXPW to start, got this: Not bad, but other people got 595K. Oh, then got this (108): Few more floors and then break time. :). Dungeons were every member was maxed was fun. Finally could do a DG without, "95 Mining, GT". :P. Muahahaha! Edit: Stat picture didn't update yet. Lol. I'm 32,027,888XP atm. :).
  5. Completely untrue. That's like saying creating hacks for FPS and other online games is against the law. It ain't.

I have that exact tube. =).
  7. (Put that in the first post :P) Jer, me and you. Both 107 (You're still a few million XP ahead I think). On your mark. Get set. Go! *Logs out and goes to bed*.
  8. The amount that you skill is insane! We could be doing something productive like DGing, bossing, or watching Jerry Springer (inside joke)! :P.
  9. I'd personally stake. And I hear Jeremy would be extremely happy to loan out any amounts of money to anybody, which is secretly probably why he suggested it. ;). (Don't kill me Jer). Or, if borrowing or staking is out of the question, make enough for a specific skill (Mining). Use that to make enough for an armour piece, even if barrows, and start flipping. :).
  10. Last time I saw a guy neg they ended up having casual sex for like 7 months. You win some, you lose some. And that guy definitely won some. :P. My last girlfriend, we were making out before we spoke one word to each other, in the high-school library, and we lasted over 4 years. Life's strange sometimes. #-o
  11. Made up 'fact' alert! All we know for certain is: 1) The graphics have nothing to do with the item you get in terms of timing presses etc. 2) The prize you win is picked at random when you press the button and then graphics force themselves to land on that prize. Not only that, but the whole animation means nothing. I've seen Lucky Divs in only the "rare" part, and a lamp in the very rare part. You already have your item picked the moment you click the goblin on the screen, before you even spin the wheel. And it's possible Divs aren't even on the drop list and just appear there (unless someone can show me picture proof) I too am curious of this. We know lucky items are rather dull compared to their real counterparts, so I'd expect a picture of the winning spin and the item wielded. I've heard of people getting them from friends, but never actually witnessed anything higher then a DFH.
  12. And made it better/bearable for countless more. You really think it costed Jagex money? The 60% of players on RuneScape, members bots, costing Jagex money? You notice that now, after the bot nuke, we have silly loyalty rewards, squeal of fortune (clearly to bait F2P to buy memberships), rewards for buying game cards, etc? Jagex did the big move, which is respectable, and got rid of the bots who were paying most of their wages. Now they're trying to make up for it. He created something that he himself and even a full team dedicated to anti-cheat couldn't stop people from botting. Clearly, weren't too good at it. Jacmob was. Bot developers were. You seem to be singing Jagex' praises, yet claim the people who beat them for over 9 years have less skill or don't deserve recognition. Keep in mind that I don't encourage or support botting, but he was extremely smart taking the paths he has. Sure he won't become trustworthy overnight and I'm sure Jagex is already keeping their eyes on him. He may end up blowing all of us away and completely ridding the game of automation... Only time will tell. :). Edit: I'm curious, what is your opinion and views on companies such as GameShark?
  13. After losing it due to a glitch at the TMHT event... :). Edit: BRB Ragers... Waitasecond.
  14. You clearly need to adjust your antenna. o_O. Happens if you set the RuneScape applet to click_through too.
  15. This whole situation reminds me of a TV show I'd seen a few times. It's 2 guys who are experts and breaking and destroying stuff the unbreakable: Cars, trucks, military vehicles, etc. However, once they've proven that they can break it, they have to find and create (and prove that it works) a way to prevent that method of breaking it in the future. IDK how effective Optimus will be, but we can hope. I see this turning into a sort of arms race. Jagex beats the botters - botters find a way to beat Jagex - Jagex has to spend weeks on another nuke - botters finally beat it again - lather rinse and repeat. I'm more curious how they plan to take down screen scrapers. I saw a few cute things change in random events and things, but nothing that'd take down a scraper not programmed to looks for specific colors. They can change colors and such all they want, it won't help. =/. Eager to see what they have in store. :).
  16. One of my pet peeves is people's posts on Facebook. Just saw one earlier. It went something like: Really? Are they the ones posting their problems and stupid stuff about other people on a public social network? Just wanna slap people sometimes, I swear.
  17. Exactly this. If Jagex wanted to win this battle, they needed to sway the opposition to side with them. I think Mod MMG knew that someone would beat the bot nuke when he posted his message on the forum saying he'd personally hire them. He knew full-well that he could get one hell of a good coder out if it, and if someone did manage to beat the nuke... They would need one hell of a good coder.
  18. Clicking Lord Paul's link would tell you that yes. Edit: Bruno beat me to it.
  19. I agree... To an extent. As I said earlier - the most efficient training methods are often the most boring which require the most attention and are least AFKable. Majority of the times, these methods are not by any means 'fun'. However! What is wrong with training and grinding for faster XP, enduring hours of boring XP gains, so that you can get to the fun stuff more quickly? Just my thoughts. :P.
  20. Very true I disagree. I believe efficiency is soley fastest XP/GP/what ever the player is aimed toward. For a lot of skills, the most efficient method of training is the least AFKable and requires the most thought and concentration. Sure some of these methods can be fun, but something being AFKable and fun doesn't in the slightest mean it's efficient. IMO anyways.
  21. At the beginning, one FC was completely full (No more could get in) and still had 60 in the second. Great turnout. :D.

[spoiler=Semi-big image] A funny picture that's just never made it off my laptop. I don't even remember where I first found it but its served as an inspirational over time.
  23. Awesome job guys! Congrats! I got some great video today too. Maybe tomorrow we'll get a call going and get some good audio with the Corporeal Beast event. :P.
  24. It may have been that around the time I died there were 80 or so people there. Was also a huge amount of graves everywhere. Maybe certain areas in RuneScape are similar to Dungeoneering. Only a limited number of items can be shown on the ground. 3 people died the exact time I did as well. IDK. Edit: Apparently the glitch is, if there's a large amount of graves then items disappear. I simply died at the wrong time. The people who died right after or while I was getting KC most likely unintentionally erased my items. Eh, such is life.
  25. Was a good event. Started well. Then I died. No biggie. Left Zaryte Bow, Armadyl Chainskirt, Armadyl Helmet, Chaotic Crossbow, Glaiven Boots, Archers' Ring (i), 1500 of each bolt, 1500 Yak Scrolls, 800 Steel of Legend Scrolls, 500 Bones to Peaches on my grave. I get back to my grave: Is all that's on it. Great game, Jagex. GF CCB, Glaivens, etc, supplies... Edit: LOL at your screenshot, Ambler.
