For bonecruncher, one dragon bone is worth about 1/1200th of an hour in altaring pre-yak, and about 1250 gp in xp (if dragon bones are ~4400 gp each as they are now). So for 42 bones crunchered (1 minute banking) you could instead save 126 seconds (let's call that two minutes) and also save about 52800 gp. It will allow you to bank hides otherwise left behind, worth about 2700 gp each. Another possibility is to bank both bones and hides, allowing 2 minutes banking time for an extra trip. Given that they only award about half the slayer + effigy xp/hr of the best task list, you would have to value your time fairly low to bank so often. @ Tui: just bonecruncher suits 8m/hr.

I don't know what you mean by stable setup. It'd be more powerful, you'd get more loot. Yes, you would spend more money on ancients, but you'd kill much faster - no need to safespot with ice barrage, and the staff of light increases magic damage by 15% as well as saving 1/8th of the runes you use. You need a god cape because charge only increases your max hit to 300 if you're wearing it, a fire cape is better if you are not using a god spell.

Yes and no. It works, but it's really bad gear :S. If you want to kill them fairly quickly, consider getting some of the following: You're 94 magic, so staff of light + ice barrage is much better than Claws of Guthix. Use a soul wars cape for prayer bonus. Get an arcane stream necklace from dungeoneering, it's extremely useful as it increases magic damage by 15%. With blood barrage you can also heal a lot, so you won't have to bring Guthan's. If you do a full tribrid (=only one king alive at the time) you can use a dragon defender instead of a shield to kill Supreme a lot faster. A lot of weapons kill Prime faster, for example Karil's crossbow or even a magic shortbow with rune arrows. If you do a full tribrid you can wear a range top at all times except when healing with Guthan's. If you use blood barrage you can lose the Guthan's and use Verac's instead. Super antipoison potions last only half the time of antipoison++ so you can save one inventory space there. You should look into getting a bunyip and war tortoise to carry more healing.

I'd buy 70 prayer, Verac's skirt, unlock barrows gloves/helmet of Neitiznot, get a dragon defender, vine whip maybe, and save to get extreme potions.

Making the hiscores more relevant, check. Removing everyone who doesn't belong there, mainly the 99,97% of botters. Mainly? Meaning there are other reasons you don't deserve to be on the hiscores? Such as being f2p? Seriously. The only thing that should take you off the hiscores is a perm ban, and that's the only thing a botter deserves. Problem solved, no? Made-up percentage. 99% of the F2P bots were advertising bots/gold trading mules with no rankings at all, and removing F2P accounts from the hiscores still leaves the slayer ranks of the wyvern bots, the combat ranks of the black demon/frost dragon/chaos druid bots... It's not like f2p bots would be gaining past 40 defence now would they? Like those guys with controlled whips? Simulated hiscores and their perception amongst the player base... that's not even possible is it? They'd have to simulate the opinions of hundreds of thousands of people. Besides, what's more competetive than finally passing the mighty [insert famous player here]? I'd like to know when I passed The Old Nite on the hiscores, thank you very much. No it's not (the most successful approach) as I explained above. Simple lie. Removing bots is only popular if you don't do it in this destructive way. You do not have to remove dormant accounts (a lie) and you do not have to remove F2P to remove bots as well. Finally, you ignore the possibility that a second sorting (by activity) might be possible. Dungeoneering has a much different xp curve than for example cooking. Cooking is half an hour to get to level 35, followed by a day of making wines to get 99 - the xp/hr is always the same. Dungeoneering xp really goes up fast as you get higher levels. I'd recommend doing quests and getting all stats up to 50 to get a taste of everything in the game again, then pick a goal you like.

Monsters that drop charms also drop effigies. The chance of a monster dropping an effigy depends on its combat level. That means the expected number of effigies per hour is a function of combat level and kills per hour only. Since cannon and steel titan can do so much damage, kills per hour generally depends more on spawn rate than anything else. Crawlers are good because there are a lot of spawns arranged around the cannon. Tormented demons and glacors are good because there are enough spawns and they also profit. Mithril dragons are approximately equal to crawlers but require a very different kind of approach. If you want slayer xp, slaying is a good way to gather effigies.

Rewards from the dominion tower, small critters that can attack w/e you are attacking, they poison, stun, hit high (300+) and don't count as familiars. Pain to use though.

Went tormented demons - 11 kills in ~14 minutes then my handcannons were both gone. Then a second trip lasting 30 minutes, waiting on kills from alog (was 23). No drops. @Attenuation: borrowed Virtus, would've used Ahrim's if not for Octarine. Got hunter rocks and about 210k xp in 50 minutes. GF Sunstriker. Fishing rocks were a pain, I did around 3-4 urns worth of fishing earlier and 7 urns today (all at barb) with no rocks, then I do one urn of monkfish and I get both :S. Statue 21 done!

I see no reason for platelegs to be worth more than they are. There is no reason to use them other than cosmetic purposes and in the 60-70 defence range, and usefulness determines demand. They are definitely not worth a million coins. Secondly I'd like to point out that nobody is decreasing the price of dragon platelegs.

I just did a farm run, seeds bought at 230k, herbs sold at 26500, which is a break-even of 8,68 herbs... yesterday seeds sold at 200k :/.

Too bad torstols are pretty much awful money now unless you have godlike luck Torstol seeds crashed recently and farming them is now good money again :D.

The best way from a maxing total perspective is superheating gold while mining it in the Living Rock caverns, using Varrock armour and goldsmithing gauntlets. If you only want smithing xp do what Tieszen said.
