It's still unarmed combat, so you have accurate, agressive and defensive crush.

1) No, you don't need anything but magic, but a melee switch would help on the glacytes, especially without an arcane stream necklace. 2) You need to avoid the spike special, pray protect from ranged or magic depending on what the glacor uses, and kill the glacytes. The unstable glacyte also blows up, so be sure to avoid it. I recommend reading the Tip.It guide on glacor hunting, and consider that hunting glacors without an arcane stream necklace is really not worth it.

Your method and my method spend the same exact amount of time unlocking bosses. But I get journal pages sooner, since I may have already unlocked them during the boss hunts. So, my method is fewer kills to unlock everything then yours, AND it unlocks gloves at 500 kills, instead of after, more reliably. It's either: Hunting for bosses while getting pages, or Hunting for pages while getting bosses If you have all pages and not all bosses, you'll get bombs during unlocking all bosses (massive and colossal). If you have all bosses and not all pages, you'll get nothing during unlocking all pages. So the question is, does it take longer to get the bombs than to get whatever number of pages you unlock during getting all bosses. For me personally, the answer was yes, as I unlocked a grand total of 2 pages getting all bosses.

If unlocking bosses, keep going on endurance until you can't kill a class A boss anymore.

Thanks :). Finished strange rock statue 20, got 95 cooking and 92 smithing, and caught 100 Zamorak jadinkos in one arctic bear. Is good :thumbup:. (also hit 210m xp counter) Got agility, mining and cooking rocks, one smithing rock. Will get some more random rocks later. Also got 89 mining and 95 construction, construction strange rocks, fletching rocks, a farming rock and a thieving rock. 4 levels in a day :).

You realize that using gyazo to link your images, the 10th or so person to watch doesn't actually see the image anymore?

It's amazing you got so far with what is essentially the slowest skill in the game. Do you use dragonkin lamps on slayer? Much luck on your way to 200m :).

Sounds like you should be expecting them now. You need to click 'continue' in the Fight Pits, at Pest Control etc. so be sure to be doing whatever takes that place at Castle Wars.

You will never get class A bosses on the first climber floor. For this reason I second everything Blutters has said: his way gets you the overworld rewards, the gloves, faster than your method, but gets dreadnips and trimmed comp cape at the same speed. If you do not get journals first, you will not be able to get massive and collossal bombs while still doing anything useful. The idea is to unlock the last class A bosses along with the bombs.

Yay lol! Good luck with barrows. So I finished the quest today, and it was great, especially graphically/audiocally. Nice reward too, you get 50k prayer xp from unlocking the cithara I think (according to runetracker). Attracted Zamorak jadinko's too, ready to go hunt a ton of those and get my final strange rock I've been waiting for for a week (DT interrupts everything -.-).

I'd say: 1) Do floor 1 climbers until you have all journal pages. Make sure you get each handicap at least once. 2) Do all specials. You should now have around 400 boss kills and most bosses unlocked. To hunt for the remaining bosses, do 3) Endurance runs until you get a boss you lack, or until you die. If you get a bomb reward you haven't had before (requires journals), use it in a fight but not versus a class A boss because I don't think they work there.

Your biggest upgrade right now would be rapier, after that berserker (i), after that barrows/goliath gloves, after that regular berserker ring. However the time required to get them is approximately regular berserker > barrows gloves > rapier > imbued rings so it's up to you what to get. Goliath gloves are better than barrows in a sense, but they have a few drawbacks (degrade, lost on death, long time to obtain) and require even more quests (Nomad's Requiem, Do No Evil, Blood Runs Deep, The Void Stares Back, Love Story).

It's apparently not possible to get the cithara without a holy book. I've tried with the quest robes, cramulet, ring of visibility, Saradomin heraldic steel kite, Saradomin staff, Saradomin cape, Saradomin arrow, white boots and white gloves. I left the basement and tried again and now it's all good? What is this?

I'm guessing about 3-4 hours to degrade the gloves entirely. The gloves are lost on death, and I believe the charge is tied to the item, but you can only have one pair at the time.

My guess is adamant ingots 2 at about 7-8 gp/xp and 200k xp/hr.
