It's extremely easy, don't worry about it. 1 antipoison, 1 antifire, 2-3 prayer potions, 1 ranging potion, diamond bolts, rune crossbow, black dragonhide + highest ranged attack you can manage, antifire shield, rest sharks.

They aren't faster (time per game still determined by portal shields) but since afaik all landers are equal, the novice lander doesn't lose and is much more afk, so the better option. On the topic of hybrid armours: Start a Castle Wars game on two worlds with one player each. Red scores on one world, blue on another. The losing players hop to the other world (so the losing blue hops to the winning blue and the same for red). Four players get Castle Wars wins, nobody loses (games till take 20 mins :(). Does this work?

Teaks are around 100k woodcutting and 30k firemaking (and 30k magic or so if you alch the logs).

I got two blue eggs on my first blue dragon task past 99 summoning (~200 kills), green took me under 40, red took me even less, but black took me several tasks of 50+ dragons each.

The KBD has poison breath, stat lowering breath, freezing breath, regular breath and melee attacks. Wearing an antifire shield, praying protect from magic, drinking an antifire potion and ranging with a crossbow will allow you to kill him with only black dragonhide for armour and a few bolts and sharks. Bring antipoison of course. He respawns slowly. Experienced/high-levelled players can use the higher damage from using a chaotic rapier along with void/superantifire/soul split flashing to kill a practically infinite number of kbds per trip.

From what I know, you're looking at Equilibrium for mauling Nex (dps wise) but it's not known how it interacts with ruby bolts, so hold on to your points if you're interested in that. Vampirism and Penance both sound like very useful auras and it depends how you heal which one you should take. At dagganoth kings/glacors/tds with uni, you'll want more prayer, at Nex/steel titan tds the 5% healing might do the trick.

PC clans don't allow you to afk in their games (unless you pay them a lot of money I suppose) so I join the novice lander, claw spec two shifters at the knight's plateau then run back to the lander to fletch a couple of thousand arrows :P. Played and won two SW games. It's costly and extremely annoying at times (e.g. when you can't get into a game).

They are approximately the same as steel dragons in effigy rate etc., but you don't get to use a ferocious ring and they are much more annoying to attack since they aren't agressive. They also use magic when you attack at ranged that you can't protect pray against (unless you have some people to cut away vines for you). The fastest way to kill them is Storm of Armadyl and max magic accuracy with leech magic and soul split flashing. It's also the most relaxed method. Meleeing works very well too and costs a lot less, but they hit over 300 - an unlucky combo can be most annoying.

Instant quitting won't work, you need to get at least 11 (I think) moves for the game to count. In world 144 there are usually people suiciding for points for free, you can try that?

Try not to use a trimmed skillcape if you have, for example, a soul wars cape, or try getting one at least. Deflector is significantly better than prayer book as well.

Slayer helm prevents the dust from choking you, you can get more dps with other helmets but you go down to 10lp so if you get poisoned you are KO'd so you need to use a timer to know when to drink antipoison++ which lasts for 12 mins You are efficient. Why...? The most efficient helmets are those that can hold scrolls (not void, Dharok's, Torva etc.). Neitiznot is nice as it holds a lot of scrolls compared to a slayer helmet, but it isn't worth the bother of having to heal up occasionally when re-overloading (when the *cough* deals damage right after your overload wears off). The totem isn't worth it due to the +25/24 attack bonus loss.

Shortbows are faster xp than crossbows, and if you're f2p you can either pick up your good arrows or use bad arrows. Depends what you can do better.

Extra damage is always worth it :P! But really, once you get Ava's devices, you should use the best arrow you can.

I understand that trickster has less defence, but vanguard ought to have great ranged defence. It's not like in dungeoneering where full prime with deflect mage is an easy all-round solution, you'd still get butchered in vanguard. Played six games, won one, tied two, lost three :(. I'm able to kill people with divine/full arma 1v1 with my storm vs their rapier though.

Logged on and Latin ordered me to come Castle Wars and I promised to come a while ago, so I went. Played two games, first as Zamorakian and tie (22 kills), second as Saradominist and lost (:(, 26 kills) but I did get this: Somebody (on our team) said: "I like the tornado girl". :D. That is my titan by the way. And cause my ovl wore off then I suicided right after, and never got back into quite as good a position :(. By the way, is it coincidence I got piled every time after getting that or is that custom...? To do list: 1) Bring more pray pots. 2) Get more battle-mage items. 3) Get an arcane cause rangers slice through my robes. 4) Bring Verac's helm maybe. Stupid castle wars cape. Trickster has ranged def right?
