  1. For people who have divines, yeah. But most people don't HAVE divines. Eh lol, I prefer solo bossing to team bossing and I don't have a divine, not even a 90+ combat stat (besides prayer). Doesn't mean I can't snag a few kills and get some claws :P. Well, I meant that mainly in regards to soloing GWD bosses, especially Bandos. You need a Yak and/or a Divine to have the best experience soloing, and I have neither. Yeah I know, "l2yaknub," but getting 92 herb for OVLs left me strapped for cash atm. People actually prefer the defender over divine some of the time. Same thing with steel titan vs. yak. And a unicorn does really well too, quite a bit of your gp/hr isn't from bones. That aside, I think you need to go out there and kill stuff :P.
  2. For GWD, it's multi, so claws. If it was single-combat, korasi's due to the high defence of the bosses (perhaps not on Kril). This mainly applies to mithril dragons.

  4. Aye so both money and kills/deaths ratio are quantifications of success/fun, just different. Wouldn't you agree?
  5. So you think the skill of a pker is to make money? (versus the skill of a safe pvper to get kills)
  6. You can spam click with superheat but you can't cast more than one superheat per 2 (or 3?) ticks.
  7. No clue on the amount of kills. Lack of range can be compensated for in two ways: rigour (using piety, requires prayer switch) or void range (w/ range top and deflector, requires helmet switch). And turmoil is worth it, I'm telling you :P.
  8. Ah, hard to say for sure, but I'd say you can take a look at Bladewing's guide to chinning nechs, and Andylax' guide to rock lobsters (last few pages, guide is outdated). You could use an estimate of 100 crims/200k range xp and 200 crims/200k mage xp or so.
  9. Mages got neither charms nor effigies I think?
  10. How is that honest? Someone who can afford better gear should have an advantage, right? Not if they're unwilling to risk it. Why is that? Doesn't make any sense to me you should be willing to lose the gear you are using.
  11. Eh, I think sub-half an hour is a good run?
  12. 1. Yes of course. 2. No, especially since you will be using brews to cover for not having an unicorn. 3. I don't think it's worth it as the banking time is so short. 4. No clue, don't think they did. 5. No idea, about 10? 5. The north spot is better I believe.
  13. Not that I know of.
  14. Hmmm I think that's a trick, you are not supposed to walk on the light/central part of the floor in a certain building for example. "From the outside edge of the room, carefully get near the chest closest to the trapdoor (the crate set at an angle on the east side) without walking on the centre floor. Search it and get some magical monkey talking dentures (getting an extra is a good idea)." That's what the guide has to say. The map has the crates marked. I think you need to go around the back and use the door there.
  15. I suggest browsing this - it also links to the quest guide. Seems you can find a pair of dentures on a crate somewhere.
  16. Lol @ pots not being worth it. A simple ranged potion will add 10% to your xp at virtually no cost, same for eagle eye/rigour. You need 1k kills/hr for 200k xp/hr. That's one kill per 3.6 seconds or 3 darts to do 500 damage. 166 damage per throw on average. The max hit with void, no pots/pray @ 99 range using black knives is 151 damage. This suggest an xp rate roughly half of what you suggest. Max hit is 261 with rune kives, xrange and rigour, or about 130 damage average ignoring accuracy. That's perhaps 150k xp/hr in all.
  17. I'd go with azs or lrc. All methods have xp rates around 150k/hr assuming maxed/near-maxed setups. I don't think the difference between monkeys and others are worth the loss of effigies.

That's not an extra 50%, lol. It's cheaper but you're not getting 50% more xp at the Ectofungus.
  19. You justbsaid that dragonfire shield is better then dragon defender. LOL. Last time I checked the defender has more total attack and strength bonus than the dragonfire shield... I was obviously referring to equal bonusus.
  20. Tbh cannoning would be great with a yak on some things as you'd break-even and could last for a very long time (spectres come to mind, crawlers are a big loss, wallasalkis would be break-even with a yak I think). Without a yak you are banking more often or you can't carry as many drops, but it still works of course, though wallasalkis are annoying to get to (as rock lobsters). Crawlers for range xp is really not a good idea unless you have hundreds of millions to spend.
  21. Hmmm, they are 2k each (I think?) and you can expect to lose perhaps a few hundred per hour, not sure. There's a reason people chin :P.
  22. Eh 8/10? See you quite a bit.
  23. Elite void deflector, acp, ranger's boots, alerter, archer's (i), rune knives/dragon darts (look up which one has more range str) and kill yaks. Use rigour and extreme range pots throughout (or ovl but that's a bit overkill).
  24. Well tds are still ok money if you don't like frosts. You could try dks though.
