  1. Doing what the guy above said? Torstol only.
  2. Read Wikipedia, list of common misconceptions. Yours is on it :).
  3. It benefits people who are better at prayer switching. I don't think everybody is equally good at things (any things, really) even if they are all at their best.
  4. I think they do, someone who correctly flashes soul split + 3 protect prayers is the better player imo, but if protect prayers are banned that's another skill you don't need. IMO that's like doing Jad but magic attacks are banned on both sides. Or something.
  5. Strange, I made twice that off 94 farming. Maybe you're doing it wrong :).
  6. If you pay them, I think so. You can also find a friend, get 1250 rank, buy a deflector or two, then lose and get your friend a deflector as well.
  7. You have just defined 'normal male' I guess. Now the other 90% of the human males in the world .
  8. Yes the picture is wrong. Floor xp and prestige xp of the same number are equal, as far as I know. However if you have, say, 13 prestige, you may very well get xp like in the picture. Jagex' fault you're confused :).
  9. Chins are a ranged attack, and rock lobsters are melee opponents. They have insane ranged defence (for their level). The entire island is very much divided between combat classes. The dagganoth kings show this, but also wallasalkis. You'll have less accuracy with an sgs and turmoil than with a magic short bow. Ah inspired by below, some ranged methods for charm-gathering: Chinning nechryeals (or w/e they're called) is pretty good but requires 80 slayer. Cannoning scarabites is also pretty good but is more dangerous. Cannoning + ranging wallasalkis is kinda semi-decent, mostly blue charms and very low ranged defence, as well as ok drops (if they sell) so perhaps break-even with yak, but only 5 spawns, annoying to get to and low summ xp/hr I think.
  10. If you have turmoil and overloads, it's pretty much split between melee and magic. Melee is a lot easier (the only switch you make is to a spec weapon) while magic requires you to keep a decent melee offence (not a big deal ofc, but you may not like it). Basically you either use a maxed mage setup with claws to spec Ahrim and a rapier to finish him, or you use a maxed void setup with crapier and pray turmoil + protect on all brothers (ovl). Both methods achieve within-overload chests.
  11. I reckon the dragons near Clan Wars, with a cannon, would be the best, using a games neck in your inventory and your best offensive gear (either ranged or melee, whatevery you want xp in tbh, but melee is probably faster). Bank with a charged glory or duelling ring.
  12. 80 prayer > 72 prayer, if only because you can use the Blood Runs Deep and Nomad's Requiem xp rewards (you can always use the zeal of course, but it's more xp at higher levels). In fact, hoarding 150m to get turmoil is inferior to getting a few levels at the time, but only if you don't flip with the money. This is because you'll get more prayer points from ppots with higher levels. The difference is very very small of course.
  13. Exactly. From a healthy patch, you have a 10% chance to get the seed back you planted originally, from a dead patch it's random. The most profitable run you can do at lower farming levels is actually 5 dead guam, 5 torstol seeds back (1.65m profit). Chances are tiny of course. For farming torstol, you only every get less valuable seeds from deaths :(.

Hmmm I did but I'm 87 defence/strength and 88 attack (at the time) and I never tried keeping it on (only flashing). I guess 99 def is a lot more than I thought or something.
  15. I think it'd be stupid for him to try at that level tbh. Although it is worth getting, a good run gets me 60+ herbs. I do hope you got my joke here :P.
  16. You could get friends and spend the dungeon just fishing, which is pretty decent xp, too. But no, I don't think it'll be popular because of trust issues, that is, are you going to pay before the floor? Or after the floor? Either you get kicked or you don't pay (theoretically).
  17. Hmm, is clock tower not required for coordinate clues? Guess it's prety sucky then, yeah.
  18. I moved this, by the way, so that it's in H&A now. I agree with Lacoste.
  19. Meh, you don't have to like it.
  20. Dragon scim is probably better Hell, I'd put dds ahead of bgs, lol. Depends on your gear, of course, but yeah, godswords suck.
  21. Yep, go for snaps and get My Arm's patch really fast. Good luck, and if you're looking for a challenge, try getting juju farming pots at that hunter level :P.
  22. I'd take the elite void setup above, with an alerter instead of a sw cape and either diamonds or rune bolts. Rubies + uni isn't something I can vouch for but hell, you can try it :).
  23. I do highly recommend getting your kiting skills up, if not for now, for future use. Most people can easily miss 1k health on a fight cave trip (bring both EEE and claws, for example).
  24. Ah right, wyverns are good fun, if you got a yak I'd definitely try those. And I was referring to charms of experience, counting all charms as crims.
  25. Take a screen and put it in the first post & you're back up to date :).
