It's not quite a 15% boost versus a 10% boost (in max hit formulas, you can see they possibly stack), but yes, the full slayer helmet is always worth it for meleeing and usually for ranging. Use bandos + ardy 3.

1200 bones/hr is a nice estimate, at 252 xp per dragon bone.

If you don't use battle robes you have no reason to switch your chest/legs/helmet slots, but with battle robes you do, so you need to bring inferior prayer items instead of the sw cape. You can still bring it as a 4th item though.

Nope, most places require prayer because you'll be aggroing 9 things, so you need a safe place WITH xp.

The small strain of OCD in me made me point out that you cannot put anything into the shield slot whilst wielding a bow, no matter how poor you are. :P Yes you would be putting the book in your inventory. It's another 5 prayer bonus during the maging.

I would go with Pernix + void deflector + ccbow with diamonds (rigour too). If you don't have Pernix (most likely) either Karil's or Armadyl top, depending on how high you accuracy is on the mages/reavers.

Pray piety & extreme def pot. Also make sure to use an obsidian shield with barrows plate & legs. That should do.

I like Nomad's spells, though I feel you should add that you can't move or eat during the blast... people can just walk out on you unless you froze them first (in which case they better safe). Also add a 3-6 second delay after casting it. And no way we need an lp-1 atk on Nex :P. So it should have a damage cap of about a thousand or so.

I like 1, law staves as free teleports ftw! Not unbalanced for the law staff but I think entangle w/o runes may be a shade to powerful. Then again entangle sucks as it is.

He means granite and ranging sucks badly. You should be able to modify the setup I gave you according to the guideline: your regular slayer gear. I add one note: tank slayer gear (barrows plate, not torso).

I'd have Octarine tank because he can brew far more easily than either of you with overloads. He should use something like guthan plate + verac's skirt. The warriors use a mage top and one of them tanks the mage minion (cause he'd hit hard on the tank). Basically, get chaotics.

Bandos, rapier, defender, sw cape; your regular slayer gear really. Bring black hide top, legs and two handcannons for Jad. Something like 2 super sets, one range pot, 15 ppots and rest 1:1 brew:restore with ee to spec.

Well it was a subtle hint to include a budget ;-) I don't troll. I did try to come up with the cheapest setup I'd see someone use. Major downside of this setup is the tunnels, where you would take a lot of damage w/o praying all the time. Also pray pots cost a bit. Overall it might be better to include a proselyte hauberk, tassets and a rune kite.

How fast is farming? Well I heard you could get 99 in 2 months, is that accurate and if so is that fast or slow? 60 days, 200k xp per day, can be done with magic trees, palm trees, calquat. I'd assume Suomi would also do torstol for a bit, which adds quite a bit of xp and much-needed cash. Overall I think you'd break even with a schedule like that and lose perhaps as much as an hour a day depending on how well you can switch tasks/when you plan you farm runs etc.

Eh, ok. Monk's robes (free), chaos gauntlets (free or 25k to change them), s[bleep]y boots (free), ardougne cape 3 (free), seer's headband (free), explorer's ring (free), amulet of magic (<1k) or arcane stream necklace (30k tokens), dragon defender (free, takes time ofc), Caitlin's staff (free). Use wind bolt and protect pray on all brothers. Borrow a whip for Ahrim. If you have no melee stats, use a magic shortbow with steel arrows and replace the defender with an unfinished god book (free).

Buying the amulets is far, far faster than mining, smelting and crafting. If you want to DIY it all I recommend planking while chopping mahogany.
