  1. Exactly, youve stated how inefficient skilling is for money. Isnt this an indication that skilling needs to be improved somewhat?
  2. I think most of f2p are the ones who supply coal, etc.
  3. Oright. Slayer is boring. Its like grinding, only the monsters change shape every now and then.
  4. Find a way to make money (yews, etc). Then train both strength and range to highish levels. Remember, attack + strength = 1.5 x ranged levels. Use the Tip it combat calculator to help you out in this regard. Then its smooth sailing.
  5. But why does it NEED to be 120? We all know dung is the only one that will be 120 (at least, if jagex isnt lieing), im just wondering why it should be 120? Does it need 120, other than to please the "heavy players" (Really bad justification, thats like halving XP gain just to please the "heavy players") Personally, i think even smithing is more deserving of 120 than dung is. Simply because all the rune stuff gets lumped in at level 99 :D
  6. I hate the idea of untradable rewards. Especially RANDOM untradable rewards, unless they are purely cosmetic, but even then... Its like trying to get a visage, but you cant buy it and can only get it off of dragons.
  7. How is slayer even relevant to the topic at hand?
  8. But by that logic, why wouldnt you make ALL skills level 120, because there all obviously going to get updates later! I honestly dont see why dungeoneering would ever need 120, but whatever, unless they made floor 60 or something, but that would just be lazy and i dont see why they couldnt do it with level 99. I'm not really complaining about anything, as it doesnt effect me as im not trying to max out and never will. I'm just questioning the logic in making a skill with 120 when the content only goes up to 70.
  9. Whoops misread. Well, dont put all your eggs in one basket and it should be fine :D
  10. Yea its kinda like that whole frank grimes thing in the simpsons. It doesnt effect you/him in any way, but it still annoys people.
  11. Heres hoping TT items crash.

Yes, they will complain about how slow it is, BUT that doesnt mean they suck at it.
  13. ... A balanced combat triangle Magic is borderline useless at levels past 40, and after that point its really only for teleblocking. Needs higher level spells.
  14. Dude. I totally take that bet. There is no way you could make 90m in 12 hours of dk'ing. That INCLUDES set up, getting to the lair and everything. If he was just talking about drops and not subtracting costs, yes he can. If he was just talking about drops and not subtracting costs his numbers are useless. Exactly. Its like me saying i make millions per hour alching (protip, i dont)
  15. Eventually the content will fill up. As it is now, theres no reason for 120.

No who rushes sucks at taking it relaxed and slow. Thats like saying its hard to lose a 100 meter sprint.
  17. Yes, alot of runescape isnt competitive, but a great deal of it is, and im afraid you have to deal with it. If you want no competitive, play a single player game. I know thats what i do when im sick of people steaing spots. -Half the skills are competitive, or directly related to competitive skills -Most popular minigames are competitive -PVP is competitive -Boss hunting is competitive -Monster hunting is competitive Really? You dont remember saying the game catered too much to noobs? You think that? Isnt this somewhat like a lower level (Younger child), who whines about the higher level (Older sibling) stealing there spot?
  18. Or how others treat the interwebz too seriously.
  19. Then good for you! You dont have to complain about spot stealers anymore right? Some parts of the game arent competitive, and thats fine. No need to make the whole game non competitive, Infact, dont i recall you saying the game was catering to much for noobs? Don't you think removing spot stealing would also make it to easy? Or does your whole stance change now that youve gotten your spot stolen by a higher level?
  20. I'm sure youve told people what country you live in, maybe even city. That could narrow it down. Even if you didnt, they could see what worlds you regularly go in.

I hate most of these but... What, you expect me to go tank with my 3 defence? I'm going to wait until you go in, and then im going to attack. You can take all the food if you want, i dont care.
  22. When someone else comes along and tries to steal your spot, you can bet your ass that theres competition.
  23. Sir_Kurity replied to Sly_Wizard's topic in Rants
facefist. Thats like me thinking all low levels are idiots just because you are.
  24. Oh wait TT update. Nevermind. Dependant on how the TT update goes down, the TT market could either die in a hole or stay the same.
