the special tiara is used in the quest. It doesn't do anything special and isn't used for runecrafting. sorry, i didn't take a picture of it while i was using it in teh quest.

If i were you i would kill cows and sell their hides. gives decent xp as well. If that's too low tech for you, then you could merchant iron buying it cheap and selling it for more. generally merchanting raw materials is good for anyone.

without enough prayer for protect from range that quest would be deadly. you're going to need a person each to carry extra sharks for you ;) good luck finding someone to help you. i'd personally start looking on my friendslist. that way you'll both remember.

sounds like a sad story, anyway, friendships in runescape are things you have to earn ingame. If someone could give me friendships just like that, my friendslist would be full... good luck starting over though

I'm a combination of all of the above, 202 qp, 1637 total, 99 combat and 71 slayer. wouldn't that be a skiller by any chance though when you're balanceD?

on top of that telegrabbing for greater demon taskes is also removed. i need to switch every single time, but i think i'll actually do that. who knows?

It's an awful lot anyway. if i were you i'd buy the first 20k and range those before worrying about the rest. it's less boring if you do segments. I don't think anyone can give you an exact figure but i'd guess around 70k arrows. Don't buy all at once in case they suddenly deflate or you need less

killing cows and selling the hides is pretty decent cash even at lvl 40

cow hides for cash all the way. for useful skills go runecrafting. not to get bored alternate but try to do more cow hiding.

it's kindof random but i would guess somewhere from 300-500 you should cook them anyway.

lobsters will pay you more but the fastest way to level both fishing and cooking is by fly fishing trout and salmon at barb village. bring an axe and a tinderbox, cook the fish there and either drop them or bank them.

buying willows on f2p for 15 gp each and selling on forums to members at 35 gp each is also quite decent.

If you want more advice, merchanting raw materials like logs, flax, bowstrings, essence and anything else that a lot of people sell is the way to make most money. If you want something a little more high risk but more profitable merchant un id herbs.

good luck getting help with this, personally the pass is the one place i won't go. I'm guessing that for 50k someone might help you, but i doubt anything lower than that.

by the time you have 10m the prices may have changed but atm i believe you could get a set of veracs for 8m. probably some other barrows sets as well

personally i would go with crandor. noone there usually. pick what you want to kill :) karamja lessers are also good :)

no. I highly doubt that. if you hit an averige of 25 (which i doubt you would) that'd still only be 100k xp leaving you a bit short of the level. It would be a great start though and you'd only spend 20ish mins fireing them all at dagganoth

personally, i don't see how you could merchant while alching in the first place. you'd need to be chekcing the forums for prices, and alching needs almost full attention. If i were you i'd rather be standing in a camelot bank looking out for good deals. (that's also where most tree seeds get sold anyway, and those are the ones you could profit on). persoanlly, if you mine iron or coal to get you the remaining 2m xp, i think you might be able to earn quite a bit while worldswapping. Making profit to get there is what i'd worry about so that you don't waste weeks throwing away iron that you could easily bank and sell... some ppl only want the fastest xp though... i'd recomend a mine with 3 iron rocks that isn't al kahid as it's usually full on f2p.

using the search option on the rs fourms also usually works.

kinda amazed that noone's mentioned how these spells will revolutionize single combat wildy. Think of it. you got a guy out of the fight with high hp that keeps it full and heals you, bam, in stead of 20hp from a shark 70hp from another person. I'm not sure but i'm guessing it doesn't even take a turn of combat! Ever missed that illusive kill because you needed 3 turns to pot up? what if you let a friend do it for you so you can hit 3 more turns of damage and have 3 more inv spots for food! How about your support person also giving you thier spec bar? instead of 5 dds specs, you get 10. Who could survive 10 dds specs? you'd basicly always 5 hit your opponent or even faster! Who wouldn't also want to have a more powerful ring of recoil sure to last the first 30 secs of a fight? Now if you've seen pking movies, you know that often the smallest margins win or loose you a fight. life ringers with same stats almost always loose to recoilers, how about both recoil and vengance? I'd personally say that a team of 3 players in single would own now. A tber + 1st tangle while mooner pots up the ancients mage who'll be fighting. The tber could even movie it all while watching and distract any support the other player might have. Now we have all the mage books we need. How about quest rewards that lets you choose a spell to permanently have in your spellbook no matter what one you're on? or choose from a list? or just add more spells to the different ones? Loving this update, I'm only finding it strange that rangers haven't had anything in ages. yes, they were overpowered before the mage short spec was changed, but now both melees and mages have been owning them for a long time, none the less; well done jagex! Personally, i'd say that i've had enough content updates for a long while, there's still so much to do! i'd love to see half the updates team working on revamping the graphics in the entire game and rather see half the amount of updates. think of pking with WoW graphics... *drools* And of course everything else. Even if jagex only think about money that'd be an awsome way to get more members and players, the ones already playing more happy etc etc. If you ask me jagex has been doign a lot better the last 2 months or so with content that the players actually want. Time for graphics soon? They could call it rs 2.1 2.2 etc with the newer graphics upgrades gradually to get more ppl hooked :P sorry for the large amount of offtopic, yet semi-related stuff in this post that made it so long. I really hope ppl bother reading this.

the biggest goal in my mind would be making a friendship ingame in runescape that lasted way beyond the time any of the two were playing runescape. 2 years after runescape is awsome 5 years after runescape is amazing 10 years after runescape is increadable 15 years after runescape is unbelieavable 20 years after runescape is off the charts 25 years after runescape or more is the greatest achievement in runescape that is possible in my mind, and a jolly good achievement in real life as well. How many friends does the averige person have that they've known for 25 years? I'd love to achieve any of these goals of even just get great friends ingame that i have a lot of fun with while i'm playing runescape.

it was a good idea that we could copy it to get it bigger, but the quality is a little too low. it gets all blurry so atleast i can't see what it says.

this is the wrong board, but a good wayt o making money on runescape is to make everything you need yourself, and sell anything you can find which you dont want or need.

Even if you can't afford training with super attacks, defence and strengh potions, you should atleast buy regular pots 5gp a dose and 50 for defence at the warriors guild. I wonder when we'll get similar train faster options for range? mage has the wizard mind bomb already. other than that, use your kingdom to get you some free profit without work at all. Even if everyone put all their production into coal, i doubt the price would lower much.
