  1. I got muted for 3 days back in 06 for saying "Buying real RS gold for real RS gold." I basically got muted for saying "Trade me 100 gp and I'll trade you 100 gp." Jagex never reads the evidence nor the appeals.
  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1ZNmle2ido "The RuneScape Content team describe the process of making the Dungeons of Daemonheim expansion for RuneScape."
  3. There's no real opportunity to gather field evidence in this case. It's a lawsuit, which basically means opinion vs. opinion and the interpretation of the jury. It's not like you can get fingerprints from a paper and say, "I knew you were the one that I was suing."
  4. I tried four times providing all of the (what I think is) positive evidence, but the jury still came out undecided. Can someone help me figure out which jury member to address and possibly the other steps too? Thanks in advance.
  5. I tired to press the like button, forgot we not on Facebook. What sword is that? Biggoron sword from Zelda.

  10. A Lions fan... I'm sorry. Hey, we already beat Denver and Cleavland. Then again, we won all four pre-season games in 2008 :-k (our "perfect season"). I think we won't have any problems against Washington, Chicago (twice), nor Tampa Bay because we finally picked up some defensive players rather than 5 QBs.

  12. I'll join. Go Lions
  13. I already cited why there is no proof (reading sure is difficult, eh?). Call them anecdotes all you want. You're the one who cited ACLU's website as "non-biased proof." This just in, Fox News says they are fair and balanced. Thus, it must be true! Standing up for a "lesser" (fewer members, not as well known) religion (over extremely trivial issues) while impeding on a heavily practiced religion sure is standing up for religious freedom amirite? Political extremes exist and you are the prime example of someone on the far left (atheist, smug, claim tolerance but hate anyone with different beliefs, etc). Btw, I already said I support same-sex marriage so that doesn't apply to me. What really terrifies me is that you think an organization that feeds, clothes, and houses (not to mention giving toys to poor children) tens of thousands of people every year is bad while supporting an organization that impedes on the first amendment on a daily basis. I can't tell if that's sheer ignorance or trolling. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are, indeed, a troll. Enjoy this meal, I won't be back to watch you regurgitate it in your smug, arrogant, and over-all sarcastic tone. OT: Anything that reduces crime is a +10 in my book. There's no legit reason the community center shouldn't be built.
  14. Uh, that's because using public property to promote your religion is a violation of the first amendment. So, actually, they're defending the first amendment. Do you think public schools should allow teachers to lead children in prayer? If not, why not? It's the same principle. Sorry that you don't like that, but that's what defending freedom is all about, no matter how unpopular the position is. The ACLU is one of the last organizations standing between a lot of government tyranny and discrimination, and I'll be damned to see them smeared like that. If you want to post your nativity scenes in front of a public school, that's illegal; go put it on your church's lawn two miles down the road. Urban Legend: ACLU and their "War on Christmas" Is it OK to say "Merry Christmas"? Endless examples of the ACLU defending religious freedom I understand not having prayer in public schools or not having religious objects on PUBLIC property, and I'm fine with that. However, if you're merely offended by seeing an object (excluding "inappropriate" objects), then shut yourself inside and don't leave your home. I'm sure your "non-biased" sources are 100% accurate considering an agnostic neighbor of ours was supposedly offended by a (rather large) nativity scene on PRIVATE PROPERTY next door to us. They contacted the home owners association of our neighborhood and they did nothing. Guess who our neighbor called after that? Guess who threatened a lawsuit if the nativity scene on PRIVATE property was not removed? I hate that organization and everything about it. Not to mention that despite reporting it to the Detroit News (wow a liberal newspaper, who would have guessed), it was "pushed back by more prominent articles" such as the article on some new toys for the season. The sad part is that they have a website where they could have easily posted it. Or how about the lady with an Obama 08 sticker still plastered onto her Japanese deathtrap hippy-mobile (it ran horribly in the snow  ) in December 2009. My brother (who knows literally nothing about politics and told me) was ringing bells for the Salvation Army outside a grocery store and this lady was about to donate. My brother said Merry Christmas to a young father and his son who had just donated. Immediately she stopped, pulled out her ACLU membership card and "ordered" him to say Happy Holidays instead of "...that offensive phrase." If you're offended by the words Merry Christmas, but not crushing a human fetus' skull, then you have some messed up ideas on what's offensive and what's not. I honestly thought you were trolling when you first mentioned them. They're the most anti-religious organization in the country by far. I understand if they maybe have a distaste for crazy fundamentalists from the South, but they pushed it too far intruding on private property and the member telling (basically threatening) my brother to not say Merry Christmas on CHRISTMAS Eve. If I was there I would have told her Merry Christmas to see what she would have done. Their war on Christmas is very real. Too bad everyone is too afraid of their powerful lawyers to dare "slander" them by telling the truth. More irony - a hardcore liberal believing everything they hear. I thought only Republics did that with Fox News . This is getting good.
  15. The ACLU doing what they do best: fighting discrimination. I see the ACLU as the epitome of hypocrisy. They claim to be against religious discrimination yet they themselves are the largest discriminators in the country (if not, the world). Attempting to ban "Merry Christmas" is a step too far for me. If you claim to be offended by hearing the word "Christmas," than you're just a pro-troll in real life. And going around telling little kids that Santa isn't real is the biggest [bleep] move ever. It's not about believing in some myth, it's about childhood innocence and happiness. Finding out you got a gift "from Santa" is so much nicer than from your parents (as a kid, of course). If you take that away because you seem to think it has actual religious connotations to it, you're worse than a common racist. Also, I find it extremely ironic that they attempt to defend the First Amendment to no end, yet they force religious objects (e.g. a Crucifix or Star of David) to be taken down in public areas (even your desk at work). If that's not impeding on the first amendment, than I don't know what is. It's hilariously hypocritical to boast religious tolerance yet if anyone disagrees with the far Left politically, they go ape[cabbage]. But it's okay. You obviously have it all figured out. Different opinions are just myths too .
  16. [spoiler=Long Quote] Americans certainly did make bad decisions, and that started with the election of Ronald Reagan and his era of deregulation. I don't mistake the poor choices made by some Democrats, such as Bill Clinton and his band of Rubinites and their Third Way economic Wall Street coddling with the repeal of Glass-Steagall (although had it been in place there still would have been a crisis, as it would not have prevented Bear Stearns or Lehman from collapsing), but do not try and get away from accepting the blame with a faux-attempt at sounding reasonable by passing the blame along. Moreover, it has been the Republicans actively preventing the government from working properly in order to root for economic failure. Why would they do this? Well, because they're [wagon], but more to the point it's because most elections hinge on the economy. If it's doing good, the president has good approval; if it's bad, the president has bad approval. They know this, and they know that by preventing more stimulus from flowing--just as most economists are calling for, including some libertarian ones--that unemployment will remain high. About the fascism, I was referring to Pamela Geller who started this non-story. I told you, it's not political rhetoric. It is LITERALLY what she is: Source (hint, it's little green footballs, the same blog founded by Charles Johnson (who is a conservative, btw). There's other examples of this, too, when she said that there is a genocide of white South Africans going on. See, the right's attempt to find an equivalent to their extremists on the left is always hallow because there simply isn't one. Sorry, sparky. When one side promotes peace and the other promotes genocide, being moderate isn't a virtue. That's the problem that I have with "moderates". They think that being moderate automatically means that they're juuuust right. I'm partisan, but I'm a partisan liberal, not partisan for a party. The Democrats are full of the worst example of what you described as being "moderate" by calling themselves the Blue Dogs. They're nothing but wannabe Republicans and corporate shills. As a matter of fact, 80-90% of the Democrats who will lose this fall are Blue Dogs, and I'm not going to cry when they do; I might even celebrate. At least then I know we can stop negotiating within the party and might force the GOP along rather than pretending they're good-faith negotiators. Unlike the tea party, I don't mind negotiating a bill because that's what politics is. If you made me dictator I would of course enforce what I want full-stop, but that's not how things work. So if I can't have single-payer health care, arguably the best way to give health care to the citizens of a country in both cost and care, then I will accept something weaker such as a very weak public option. I didn't even get that, or anything close to that, though. What I was forced to accept was a health care bill that looks exactly like the Republican plan of 1994 written by the Heritage Foundation. And now THAT, a bill written by the freaking Heritage Foundation, is called a far-leftist plot and is disowned by...the Heritage Foundation. Why? Because they're hacks, that's why. I don't agree with the DFH on every issue; in fact they're horribly wrong on some economic issues and I know this because I am educated in the field (their ignorance of the Federal Reserve particularly sticks out in my mind). However, if I ever don't know anything about an issue, it's safe to assume that the DFH are right and others are wrong. They have been consistently right about nearly everything in this country since the Progressive Era starting with Teddy Roosevelt. Sorry if you think that means they're conceited, but typically you grow an ego after 100 years of being right on 75-80% of the issues. I didn't label you as the same, did I? I specifically called out Pamela, and you took that to mean a label on yourself and your tribe. I think that's a little telling, don't you think? Moreover, sorry, but I can respect my differences with conservatives, but I cannot respect anyone who is a Republican in the present era. Not one. Here's Bruce Bartlett, economic advisor to Ronald Reagan, telling the story: Source. It's kind of hard to lend a hand when your Constitution demands a balanced budget ;). This is why it's the job of the federal government to intervene. I mean, if stupid conservatives hadn't demanded that we have balanced budget amendments, this wouldn't be a problem. However, I guess Obama should have just allowed GM to fall just as the Republicans demanded rather than be a socialist commie and rescue it; I'm sure your unemployment would be much better. Ah, so nice to hear credit where credit is due. I'm sorry that you like to place the blame on people who buy better made cars that are environmentally friendly without breaking down after the first 10,000 miles, rather than the corporations who seek to fulfill a need (as in the "rednecks" who buy the big cars and trucks). They just respond to the market. The people of America like bigger, so that's what happened. They have demand, they fulfill it with supply. If Americans were like the hippies, the corporations would seek to fulfill that demand and only make smaller, more environmentally friendly cars. And now you've found out where I disagree with the left on economic issues. Protectionism is stupid and hurts everyone. Ah, the beauty of a free market. This is nationalistic jingoism, and I don't particularly care about Americans more than other people. This is what happens in the globalization process, and it's why people like Michael Moore are opposed to globalization. American jobs, American ingenuity, American exceptionalism. This will be more balanced when China and India have their own progressive revolution, so to speak. It was the unions who fought back for workplace safety, weekends, sane hours, and a decent wage; so when they have that realization and end the child and slave labor for [cabbage] wages, it will even out. It's just the way of the world. This I can agree with. Pols are pols and they do what they do. You raise many good points and I can agree with you for the most part about what you said. However, there are several things I would like to add. Bush warned the "Big 3" (Ford, GM, Chrysler) to stop being so arrogant back in 2001. Ford listened, GM and Chrysler did not. Seven years later, Bush sent some temporary assistance to GM and Chrysler, and later Obama followed suite. Ford came out on top because they listened. They made the necessary cuts, lay-offs, etc, before Gm going under was even a reasonable thought. Ford's Fiesta, Fusion, and Focus all beat any foreign car by a long shot. You get great gas mileage along with amazing quality and safety, where as with Toyota, you get a piece of [cabbage], deathtrap to drive with good gas mileage. Plus, the Fusion and Fiesta aren't even made by unions! Everyone wins! Having a (D) or (R ) next to one's name on a ballot means.... literally nothing! (D) stands for Distortion and (R ) stands for Revilement, but both simply mean lying. You get the same BS packaged in different suites. I hate people who identify themselves with a party (I know you said you didn't). Tea party "activists" and DFH are equally ignorant and clueless. Also, by extremists, I'm not referring to genocide or anything along those lines (what does that have to do with this...?), but rather political extremists: The FAR left: Olbermann, Pelosi, H. Clinton, Richard Dawkins, CNN/MSNBC, hippies, California, attention-seeking pseudo gays (only the fake ones) The FAR right: Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, O'Reily, Fox News, creationists, KKK/skin-heads, Texas, tea-party "activists" All of whom are the most clueless, elitist (so they believe), out of touch entities in existence. I hate each and every one of those I mentioned (not as people necessarily, but rather what they believe/support). I liked Bush to begin with, but that went downhill. I hated Obama to begin with, but he's done a decent job so far (probably better than McCain/Palin). Only thing he's done that I really disagree with is the health care bill, but that's a different story. At least we're finally out of Iraq (I recall him saying within 6 months, and it's been 20). The point I'm trying to convey is that Republicans and Democrats are the same. I don't choose what I believe in based on what most conservatives support, but rather what I think is right or wrong. For instance, I believe abortion is the most disgusting thing in existence, but at the same time I support same-sex marriage. I believe in God, yet I understand the science behind evolution (which don't contradict each other by Catholic teachings). What I CAN'T stand is when someone bases their political opinions based on what they're "supposed to" believe in or the people who vote straight Republican (like my parents) or straight Democrat on their ballots. I know I don't consider myself a Republican (I hate the idea of political parties), but I do like reasonable Conservatives and Liberals. To stay on topic, the community center is a way for kids to get off the streets just like the Young Men's Christian Association (hmm, no one seems to have a problem with that). I guarantee if they put up a Y in the same place, no one would even be talking about this. Just more rhetoric, I suppose. Nothing new.
  17. Coming this week (via Facebook) Notice the shield slot of the player.
  18. No, actually. There's plenty of blame to go around for the economy. Both parties, the collapse of housing market, giving loans out to anyone, and Americans making bad decisions all led to the poor economy. Also, I bet you hate the Republicans that go around saying "lol ur a communist/socialist." You know how you laugh and call them stupid? I did the same thing when I read your "fascist/neo-nazi" bull[cabbage]. I'm a Moderate-Conservative and I support the community center being built (it's not a Mosque, but I would still support it regardless). I hate extremists like you regardless of which side of the spectrum it comes from. Contrary to what you may believe, uneducated, creationist rednecks and conceited, hippy douches suck equally. I'm not defending those that are bigots (I know they exist), but if you label us all as the same, you're no better than when they say all Muslims are terrorists. From my own experience, Muslims are the nicest group of people around (it's also nice when they don't shove "their is no god" or "ur goin 2 hell" [again both equally annoying] in your face). By the way, since you apparently have never heard of Michigan, you shouldn't say anything about high unemployment (we would gladly take 9.5% over 14.5%). We got NO help at all from our Democratic state congress, nor our Democratic governor (who is, imo, the worst governor of all time). You know who the first to help us was? Bush. You know who helped after him? Obama (more than Bush, I will admit). You know who hurt us (as in Michigan/the Automotive Industry)? Hippies who only buy foreign cars because they get .01 better gas mileage and rednecks who buy foreign because they hate supporting our lethargic auto unions. I would go so far as to say that the automotive industry is the backbone of the United States economy, and by buying foreign, you may as well quit your job and cut out the middleman. This is the part where you say "lol ur only 16 u just listen to ur parents and u cant vote" and where I tell you my parents are hardcore Republicans (whom I disagree with on all but maybe 3-4 issues). I think for myself. My opinions are what I believe, not what's "cool" or what your "super smart" college professor told you. Tl;dr: Freedom of religion, politics is all BS, political parties mean nothing, people are allowed to their own opinions, and all politicians are idiots.
  19. As much as I hate this weekend, I've been prepared since April with everything I need  Bought my fruit/tree/calquat seeds back then along with all of the gardener payments and summ ingredients I need for my charms (forgot summer pies though). Haven't trained either since March, so they're the same ones I bought back then (during the crash). My plan is: Log in Check all 11 trees Circus (Agility only, idc about range/mage) Agility at Advanced Gnome (summer pies) until 1.1x Summoning til my charms are gone Log out Sounds fun... <_< Gonna hoard for 6 months again as soon as the weekend is over, during the crash.
  20. Cracked.com had an article that said the exact same thing, and it mentioned St. Mary's Hospital as well. Pretty much America is getting scared at anything having to remotely do with Muslims, just like we've done for plenty of other countries in the past. Hopefully we'll get to a point in the future where this is all behind us. Yeah Cracked is awesome (although I was born at a hospital with that name). Anyway, it's unfortunate that America is for some reason scared of Muslims. I live nearby the largest population of Muslims in the country (Dearborn), and they're very nice people. In fact, they don't even talk about religion to me. The only ones that annoy me about religion are the Christians from the South who say I'm evil or something for being Catholic. But that's a completely different story...
  21. Which is funny because he said the exact same thing as you. So he has a little more sense than Glenn Beck. Good for him. That's not saying much, though. Bear in mind this is coming from a Moderate-Conservative...
  22. It's not a mosque, it's a community center that's open to the public. Inside of this public community center (that's main intent is to get kids off the street to reduce drug use and crime), there just so happens to be an Islamic place of worship. Also, it's not even at Ground Zero. As opposed to what many seem to think, 2 blocks away =/= at Ground Zero. Do you call St. Mary's Hospital a church just because it has a chapel inside? No, you don't. Also, the first amendment guarantees freedom of religion. I know I would be mad if they told us (Catholics) we couldn't build a church somewhere because 2 blocks away has some special meaning for Protestants. EDIT: Olbermann is the Glenn Beck of Liberals. Nothing he says should be taken seriously.
  23. Bravo. I bet you'll reply with another one line response that either has no relevance whatsoever to the conversation again or something I addressed pages ago again. You may have responded, but didn't understand. I meant that it appeared the hit splats were being stacked vertically in the tests. While this works on a greater demon, who is as tall as a two story house, or that new thunderous guy who is as tall as a three story house, it probably just wont do for a small cave crawler. We'll have to wait to see what he comes up with to overcome this limitation. Looks like it has been addressed actually. ?198,199,7,61486718,goto,3"]Mod Chris L Six hitsplats for everyone. One problem down, 20 to go...
  24. hi jagecs rs to hard pls giv mor xp frm now on kthx [spoiler=Unspam]Sigh. Another attempt by Jagex to get a short influx of membership. When will they realize that customers who only pay 1-2 months of year are significantly less important to their business model than those who pay 12 months out of the year? To those who will say "Just don't participate in the weekend," think of it like inflation in the real world. If someone from the government came around giving suitcases of $100 bills to everyone in America, you wouldn't deny it. You would accept it to keep up with inflation, regardless of if you support it or not.
