lol i noticed alot of people like to hide the fact that they play. In my own personal case I don't really care. I do get asked questions from time to time from the other guys in my unit [yes i'm military lol] about what it is i'm playing when we're sitting around bored and I just describe it to them. Afew of the guys actually took interest and started playing :P I'm not really ashamed of the fact I play a game I started back when I was still in school, it's a good game and something to do in my free time. Heck, even my wife plays \ that my friends, is awesome lol

I'm not part of a merchanting group but I do solo invest in items [iNVEST NOT BUYOUT] Honestly I don't understand why you people always scream that they're abusing the system and are manipulating and such things. Technically they're doing nothing of the sort, they use what was given to them and profit off it. End. What I find amusing is the masses of people that scream out against investors and then turn around and go 26k trick with someone, do ya wanna talk about what's cheap and should be against the rules? How would you propose you get rid of merchanting? Set price on all items? Explain it to me, please do. Most of the people that are against it are just too plain thick to understand what items to pick out and invest in and more then likely lost loads trying to pick it up. Don't lie, because I bet that's what it is. The average investor would not make as much as a 26k tricker with luck. Yeah sure, ooo ya can't buy out items on the GE, use the forums or try asking someone in a bank, they might have what your looking for. Getting lucky and getting a DFS or more off risking just under 100k though? And your friend doesn't even lose 100k for you to get profit? Give me a break. Let's talk about who Jagex should REALLY be looking at to stop. :shame: Shame on you all.

Perhaps they finally took my advice and tracked them the way I recommended awhile ago... Don't look for them in game when they're botting ... look at the client they're using to connect to play RS :D Most bots out to the public these days tend to use their own clients [since they can't get into Jagex servers lol] hence should stand out in some way be it signed/unsigned clients and so on. Track not the bot, but the client the games being played through and you shall find them =D> GF botters. Please note: This would also allow them to tell who's botting even when that person is playing legit. A common tactic used by them was to bot for awhile then pause/turn off the bots and play by hand through the same client so they seemed more human like then once they leave again continue the bot. ;) sneeky lil rats lol

Hey from here on out i'm going to be taking screenies of every PVP/BH drop I get using SwiftKit and make a collection after each 'hunting trip' n post. So far i've made masses, and no I haven't been tricking, I will NOT post any results from that. These come right from the brawls to hunting afkers and such. :D so far i've made more in one day than I have over almost a week training! lol enjoi Dots mean that I kept the items Dots mean that I didn't bother keeping :thumbsup:

I prefer going here over bursting lobbys any day just because i'm lazy, I don't like the trip down to lobbys lol plus as a maxed melee it evens out to about the same number of charms/hr for me i guess. I must say though that i prefer the d spear over any shield/weapon combo :-P but that's already been said many a times. good luck

The only complaint I had for about 5 min was that they will be using the same accounts and such so I can't claim plain old 'Ferret' lol aside from that I look forward to Mechscape so I can check it out. More than likely i'll play both games and just swap between the two on a mood basis.

I need atleast 10 people to click on my purple siggy box and view my profile before it's registered and tracked. I'm currently trying to make a blog and track my XP till I join SnC. There has to be unique IPs that view it and it's not active until 10 view it by clicking on the siggy. I'm adding it to this topic, it's the purple box. If you do much love for you, i'll return the favor if you'd like me to and you can track things such as XP gained daily, weekly and so on as well. There it is and thanks!!!

Mmm MS does indeed look and sound interesting. I'll be making the change atleast for alittle while once it is released. Saying i've played RS since late Oct 01 and i've been a member for years strait I hope to get myself a testy spot :-P can't wait to see how they did everything. :-P good luck man, I'd recommend going along the method I am currently. After going 1-62 RC straight on nothing but airs I gave up to train other things lol, now i'm back on it going to the ZMI altar until I hit lvl 70, then i'll break, then 80 and so on. RC is insanely difficult if you think you'll go strait to 99, but if you can manage it bravo :D

I really don't see a point in this at all. If they did I know I wouldn't go anywhere near it, all this would do is -cause me to restart after all my hard earned work :shame: -allow people to make use of the glitches found through the past years :shame: -reproduce RWT in a game that dosen't even matter :shame: -increase scams in blackmarkets that ARE still around trading accounts :shame: -fail horribly on account an extremely small fraction of people would bother with it :shame: If you want to get Party Hats and other rares and be hardcore in your own mind why don't you just consider looking into joining a private server? [are those even legal?] #-o

It was never a game of skill. Clicking more does not equate to skill, skilling in Runescape has ALWAYS been a game of who can play longer. lol too true indeed my friend. I personally like the X options, allows me to chat via msn or watch tv while training yet another skill.

A good guide ^_^ With the release of soul wars def pures and well....any types of pures are much easier to make. I myself [Ferret C U] have 60 Defence, 30 HP and i'm combat level 23. It's always good times running around in my dragon pl8 at the GE and confusing people. =D>

nachalo & Privet ^_^ I read through and thought pretty hard on the topic. In some cases I can understand why people would consider there being a "problem" with rare items and the costs they have raised to but really...who's to blame for that? Only us the players. I like your idea though I can not agree to it at the same time, as mentioned before the economy would go haywire and the masses working with rares would just look to corner some of the other items in return anyways. Bad juju my friend.

very good update IMO. \ I do like the rewards even though I don't know 100% about them lol I just spend on XP or items like coal. The costume points I was curious about though, what costumes? O_o

Personal opinion really \ I love mining, haven't done too much of it on my skiller really but on my mage i'm very close to hitting 85 mining and on my main I have hit 85 mining afew years ago :o just takes alot of work to get there lol perhaps making good use of the star distractions or something could help. As for the price of runite ores i'm sure someone already covered that comment, runite can be VERY nice profit if done correctly, I can easily find myself making afew hundred thousand gold per day to help pay off those smithing fees :-P I do understand your annoyance towards the speed of coal in the guild though, but keep in mind that coal is needed amongst ALL smithers really that buy ores. If it were insanely easy to get then the smithing skill wouldn't exactly be so difficult would it. I enjoy the rate it's at currently.

Hey everyone, i'm just looking for a fun skiller clan that's a close group. This is my skiller account that i've just made not too long ago that's become my new favorite account to play on, really it's the only one I play on a regular basis. I used to be a member of a decent little clan chat that was ran by "Mr S Kills" though things over time just faded away and people split up before I could try to save the group. :cry: I've been playing RS since late 2001 on and off over the years and try to in my free time when i manage [which is surprisingly more that I thought I could lol] What I hope to find: * A good sized but not over populated with inactive members * Has their own website that is active <== sadly this is hard to come by lol * Has organized events that are fun and different, not just the usual * Players of all ages though being older myself I tend to fit in better with the mature crowd [i'm in my 20's] * Has some form of chat aside from RS such as a vent or IRC server :) <== also tricky to find at times.
