7 months on runescape, progress so far
ALL THIS? In 7 MONTHS??? 8/10 for you. At least you aren't like the others who say "I achieved this in 1 week" or something, as someone else posted here.

200M in all Skills
It happened for prayer. Unlikely but possible. You never what happens when new games and competition come around. Runescape if any is an evolving game and I'm sure there are lots of old-timers who never thought the game would become as "easy" as it is now. Hell we might even get Runescape 3 and it might revolutionize gameplay and everyone would laugh at RS2 like they now laugh at fatigue. At that point it's whole different question though. Prayer is still the hardest skill to get 99 in F2P, just telling ya. Whoever says otherwise doesn't know the F2P game well.

From Hero to Zero.
Uh... WUT? :wall: Mining is by far the best moneymaker in the F2P Runescape. In fact the top 3 moneymakers involve mining Runite, mining Adamantite, and mining Gold. Sure, it's slow, but it adds up, and it is very rewarding in the end (especially runite!). Please, get your facts straight.

world 2 spammers.
How about World 1? It has even more spammers than World 2, some of which involve "please gimme 5k" or "press 123 for a bf/gf". -.-

Why can't F2P have...?
Ahem. Notice that we didn't go asking for "abyssal whiz r teh pwnz0rz". When we ask for stuff, we actually have our reasons. Hell, there are many things that I do NOT want in F2P either. Just because you are a P2P, don't go assuming every F2P is a stuck up player that is asking for more content.

The Ultimate F2p Melee Fighting Guide
Excellent PKing guide! It was very detailed, and I think your guide is one of the only ones that mention other weapons. I have to say, you're right, people always overlook weapons other than the Rune Scimitar. It's just not right, and as you said, other weapons like Rune Longsword is effective as well. And I know this is obvious, but you should also mention what equipment you should use, what you should use in your inventory, which prayers to use, etc. That way, people will know which things they should use, and become an even more effective melee PKer. You should also include strategies for dealing with other styles of combat, like range and magic. And sorry for the (sorta) lackluster suggestions. I've never really PKed before.

Spanish servers.
I support. Spanish is also a commonly spoken language in Runescape, along with Dutch. Speaking of which, they should also create a Dutch server.

Wearable skill capes in F2P ~ 90 supporters ~
I do support F2P getting skill capes. However, Mod MMG has said in his recent Q&A that he no longer believes that F2P will get skill capes. The Runescape Content Q&A has also confirmed this. Both statements say nothing about wearable skill capes in F2P, so I'm still hopeful. Aww, that's a shame. Mod MMG said he will give skillcapes to F2P about 2 to 3 months ago or so. Didn't realize he suddenly changed his mind. :wall: But still, having wearable skill capes of all skills PLUS the quest cape will greatly benefit P2P going F2P, so it's good that Mod MMG didn't make a mention about this yet. \ By the way, you didn't add linkzelda30, ghost4sale1, Sonic3190 (myself), and Flamingboy52 as supporters. Quickly add them so you will have 88 supporters. :D

200M in all Skills
It isn't impossible (in fact, nothing is), just EXTREMELY time-consuming. Look at the people who achieved all F2P stats 99. It's been about 9 years since the game's release, and only about 8 people has the patience to ever achieve this. Anyone with the brains to achieve all stats 200M exp would just take even more time. In fact, it might possibly take another 5 to 10 years before someone can achieve this. Like I said, it's possible, but way too time-consuming. :wall:

Opinions on newer players in rs
I think the main problem is that people judge other players on they levels (especialyl their combat). This is a gigantic mistake! I was low level too, and I never begged. I had the decency to figure things out my way, never asking for anything. Conclusion: Judge the person behind the character. I never judge people by their combat, in fact too many people do that. I judge people by total level and exp, that is what really matters. (Including manners, obviously.) And I'm not saying ALL low levels beg for money. It's just that most of them that I see will usually do this. It's just like the age judgement. Just because I'm 13 years old (no really, I am) doesn't mean I'm an immature brat. Yet most people think they are.

Are YOU a fanboy?
People bash Sonic because the games were good. Now sega is ruining him by making crap like Sonic and the Black Knight, and that Sonic Were-hedgehog thing. It doesnt relate to the originals at all. See? This is what I mean by "bashers". People have opinions, you know. I personally have never played either of the games you mentioned, however that doesn't mean people can't like them/think they were good. Not everybody thinks the games were crap. SEGA never makes crap, it's just that people thinks it's crap. People have got to learn this fact, that way there wouldn't be as much close-minded haters. Please, why don't you go to a board like the GameFAQS Sonic and the Black Knight board. It's filled with close-minded Sonic bashers like you. :shame: Probably that, and maybe make 3D Sonic games like Sonic Heroes. Now THAT was a great demonstration of the 3D Sonic games. And possibly make a remake of all 3 of the Sonic Advance games on the DS. But that's just my opinion, feel free to disagree if you like but no hater opinions. :

~*Medi's Blog*~ The life of a maxed F2Per. 120 Runecrafting, 1.6b XP - halfway to 200m all F2P!
Congrats on your 98 Crafting, you should be able to get 99 very soon. : I have something to say though. Train RC first, it is the only skill that isn't 80+ yet. Then you should work on your other levels. It's just a suggestion, so you can choose not to follow it if you want.

f2p need adjusting!
Another whiner -.- Mod MMG has already stated that they will update the F2P game more. But what you're saying is that they shall update as much as members do? Nope, not gonna happen. Members actually pay for their updates, that is why they deserved more. And I'm happy it's like that. 100% F2P, btw. Oh and lrn2spcheckontehinternetz.

Why can't F2P have...?
I'll make a list of things that should be added: -More bankspace (up to 75) -Skillcapes (F2P skills are buyable, P2P skills and questcape can be worn and taken off but not buyable) -Rune boots (the only thing missing from the rune set) -Yew bows and rune arrows (level 40 ranged weapons) -Snare, wave spells, and -10% curse spells (for higher level mage) -Maple trees (there is logs, why not trees?) -Rune claws, spears, and halberds (I know they aren't good, it gives variety to weaponry) What shouldn't be added: -Chaos altar (leave it to mems, we don't need another altar tbh) -Blue dragonhide (level 50 ranged armor is definitely a no) -New skills (we have enough skills in F2P already) -Crossbows (they can overpower range) -More quests/achievement diaries (waste of time IMO) Let the flame war begin.

From Hero to Zero.
You might want to start F2P first, try out all the things that you want to do there, then move on to P2P. Also, read some guides in the KB first. Honestly, it's not that hard to get accustomed to Runescape again. I myself created an account in 2007, quit for a good while, then returned in 2008. I looked at some guides in the Runescape site, soon enough I was enjoying the game again and became 900 total level in F2P as of now. Anyways, train your skills in F2P first. Here are some nice training spots for each of your skills: -Melee (Attack, Strength, Defense): Stronghold of Security, second floor (catacomb of famine), go to the flesh crawlers in the bottom-right corner of this floor. -Ranged: Stronghold of Security, first floor (vault of war), go to the minotaurs in the bottom-right corner of this floor. -Magic: Buy ores in the Grand Exchange, and superheat. Use a fire staff, and nature runes. -Hitpoints: Just train your combat skills. -Prayer: Buy big bones in the Grand Exchange, and bury. -Mining: Wilderness north of Edgeville, you will see a mining spot with two iron rocks. Powermine there, it is always empty. -Fishing: Lumbridge River (eastern part), click on the fishing spot and Lure the fish. -Woodcutting: South of Draynor Bank, there will be several willows for you to cut. -Runecrafting: Air altar, craft air runes. Run from Falador bank to the altar, and repeat. -Cooking: Buy raw/uncooked food in the Grand Exchange, and cook at the Lumbridge Castle cooking range. Go to the Lumbridge bank to refresh your inventory. -Firemaking: Buy logs (maple recommended) in the Grand Exchange, and light logs there. Try lighting in a line. -Crafting: Buy 1 needle, lots of thread, and hard leather from the Grand Exchange. Make hard leather bodies and repeat. -Smithing: Same as magic. Superheat trains Smithing XP as well. If all else fails, go to the Runescape KB, or look at some guides in Tip it. Wish you luck in your returning. :

Runners in Fist of Guthix
Actually forget my other post. Since I mostly face low-leveled noobs, all I do is just camp on the center when I'm the hunted (activating prayer, healing, and all that crap). When I'm the hunter, they usually stand in the center as well, so I use my teleport orb, activate any magic boosting prayers I have, and attack and kill them for a free, quick win. They know that they can't win, so they just stand in the center and hope that they get killed. However, whenever I face the skilled high-levels, even when I run as the hunted they still manage to kill me fairly quickly, so all I can do is camp in the center and hope I can get the most charges. And when the high-levels are the hunted, they camp in the center, and I have tons of difficulty killing them (expected because they are a freaking high-level). So, my conclusion is this: Camping in the center is the fastest strategy regardless if you are a high-level or a low-level, and you shouldn't run around at all if you want a quick match to be finished. But it doesn't matter, I still somewhat support runners in FOG even though it wastes a lot of time. So, running is an awful strategy if you want to end matches quickly, but not all that bad. (At least it isn't as bad as house hogging/edge hogging... worst strategy ever. -.- )

FoG Hiders
Hiding is most certainly allowed, in fact you need to do this if you are the hunted and want to survive against high levels. However, since I usually get noob players, I just camp in the center, activate prayers, and gather charges very quickly. When they are the hunted, they usually also stand in the center, so I kill them with my highest level magic combat spell to get a free win. Why? It's because noobs have very low defense, while the higher levels have high defense. Also noobs never use prayer.

The Ultimate Guide to F2P Banking **Updated July 10th**
I bumped this thread, because I decided to say some things about your guide. 1) It's actually better to keep the Fly Fishing Rod in your bank. If you power-flyfish at Barbarian Village or Lumbridge River, there isn't a shop nearby that sells a Fly Fishing Rod. Also, because of the shop update, try not to use the shops to buy fishing equipment, keep the lobster pot and/or the harpoon in your bank if you use it. So the fly fishing rod, among with the feathers, belong in "recommended", while the lobster pot and the harpoon belong in "acceptable". If you fish pike, you need the fishing rod and bait, so they should be in "acceptable" as well. 2) Why isn't tuna in the "recommended" section? It heals 10, and costs MUCH less than lobster/swordfish. The healings of lobster/swordfish doesn't make up for the horribly expensive price that they have. Fact is, lobsters/swordfish should only be in "acceptable" since they are only useful for PKing. 3) I believe the Rune Longsword should get an honorable mention for "acceptable". I know that the Rune Longsword is slightly inferior to the Rune Scimitar, but even though it is inferior, the exp differences between them isn't THAT much, and using either to get a 99 in F2P will still be a terribly long grind anyways. Plus the stab attack is the best in the game, although it isn't that much of a mention. Also the Rune Longsword is MUCH cheaper, so if you are a "cheap player" like me, you can choose to use it as well. 4) Never, EVER use talismans. Always use either tiaras or talisman staffs. Using either would save an inventory space, whereas the talisman will just take up a space in your inventory, giving you less Runecrafting experience. Tiaras and talisman staffs should be in "recommended", and you should remove talismans from the list completely. 5) In addition to the Runecrafting section, teletabs should be in "acceptable". Although I don't use them, they can save time when crafting runes. You can also put air/water/earth runecrafting gloves in "acceptable" as well, they are good boosts to your runecrafting xp. 6) There really isn't a point of keeping rares, you can always sell them and get millions of your coins back. Really, rares are just items that take up space and are totally useless other than for show-offs. 7) Steel arrows aren't that worth it, the costs is greater than iron arrows, and iron arrows only hits 1 less than steel arrows. So, iron arrows should be your prime training arrows, and steel arrows belong in the "acceptable" section. 8) Fighting/Fancy boots for Melee, should be in "recommended". It is the best boots for F2P, and you should use it for training. Don't use it for Range/Magic, it has negative bonuses for those. Safety gloves should be in "acceptible". They are not as good as rune gauntlets, but I'm not sure whether safety gloves respawn in the chest or not so you should keep one in your bank anyway. 9) For Crafting, add the brown apron in "recommended". You need it to enter the Crafting Guild, the best place in F2P to mine gold. 10) You didn't mention capes AT ALL. They give a defence bonus, and for team capes, they have an extra "blue-dot" feature if another person wears the same cape as you. You should put an explanation as to why you shouldn't put capes in your bank and wear it at all times, similar to your explanation for the Explorer's Ring 3. Also, I don't really want to start a debate with any of the above. I'm just stating my views on certain aspects of the guide. But still, you have an excellent guide!

Wearable skill capes in F2P ~ 90 supporters ~
I totally support this thread, even though I'm 100% F2P and it wouldn't affect me in any way. :? But here's my opinion. Jagex should first make ALL skillcapes and the quest cape wearable and takeoffable in F2P (in other words do your suggestion first), THEN give F2P their F2P skills skillcapes (in fact Mod MMG said he will do this). I know you don't support F2P getting skillcapes, but that's just my opinion. So please don't flame me.

Are YOU a fanboy?
I would probably say I'm a Sonic fanboy. When I unlocked Sonic in Super Smash Brothers Brawl, I only used him for a while. He ended up being the longest-used character in my file. (I main Ness now, though.) Also, a LOT of people bash the Sonic series, and it really hurts for me to see this happening. Why do people bash Sonic so much? They always think their opinion is fact, and I hate it when they do that! :wall: The truth is, the Sonic games are very underrated, ESPECIALLY the Sonic Advance series, the Sonic Rush series, and Sonic Heroes. Those were the best Sonic games ever IMO, but the other games are not that bad either. They were only mediocre at worst. The ONLY bad Sonic game was Sonic 06, and even then, I don't mind if anyone say it was good. (Because everyone is allowed an opinion, except for the haters obviously. ) Not only that, but they also bash Sonic X, the anime as well. Luckily, most of those bashers are the ones that bash the 4Kids version (which, indeed, was horrid). The Japanese version was awesome, and, unfortunately, many people don't realize that. :( So yeah, those are the reasons why I'm a Sonic fanboy. \

Virtual console ~~~~Wich system would you like to see in it?
I want to see Earthbound on the Virtual Console. That and probably add Gameboy games for the Virtual Console if Nintendo haven't done that already.

Ah, I see. Perhaps he got bored after he got 1494 total? Maybe that's why his friend of his brother made him a member. Well, wish him luck to all 99 members stats!

Hardest skill to level (most tedious) - Poll -
Prayer, in F2P. No other skill has given me so much hardship before. This is the most tedious skill as it requires a TON of money to max out. It's actually the most expensive skill in the F2P game, because you need like 300M worth of cash to get 99. :wall: And even then, the exp rates are really slow. Slower than Runecrafting, even. Prayer is arguably the slowest skill to level in the F2P game, topping (or rather, bottoming :P ) at 20k exp per hour with Big Bones.
