  1. It really depends on the skill. -For woodcutting, I just woodcut willows at Draynor and firemake near the area. (WC + FM xp) -For fishing, I fish my fish, then cook them. (Fish + Cook xp) -For mining, I just dropmine iron ore. The only time I use Mining to train Smithing is when I mine coal and superheat. -For runecraft, I buy my talismans and tiaras. It's just a pain in the neck to play so much GOP for so much body talismans. -For crafting, I buy my hardleather bodies. They're not really expensive, and gathering cowhide is boring. -For prayer, I pick up whatever bone I find and bury. I'm too lazy to buy bones.
  2. I'm not sure what my next 99 will be, but I'm looking at Crafting, Mining, and Ranged, as my next 3, what order i'm not so sure, but we'll see Raise your Runecraft first, to maybe 80-85 (or even 90). Then Mining, Crafting and Ranged 99 (in that order). For Smithing.. 1-79 was practically from mining and smithing everything I mined into bars, then the bars into the best thing I could make. After that I did about 80k steel bars (buying supplies and selling the bars) to 84 Smithing. Then I did iron plates and superheating Mithril to 88, which from there I did Adamant Platebodies and a little Mith/Rune superheating until 99. Been a little slack lately due to my Surgery, so haven't I missed posting 89 mining, but here it is along with 90 mining! 89 Mining! [89 Mining image] 90 Mining! [90 Mining image] Might take a little break from mining or do some Ranged, or maybe I'll stick with mining, not so sure yet : You should continue your road to 99 Mining first, if you want. And then do Ranged. Then Crafting. Or,as I said above, you can do RC as well. Maybe Prayer but I don't think you might like it much. And Melee stats! Raise Attack/Defence to 90 first if you like. Then you can Strength.
  3. Congrats on your 51 runecrafting! I won't be GOPing though, I'm too busy trying to get my Ranged to 60. And then I have my 45 Prayer goal, then 70 Mining, then 70 Strength, then 70 WC and FM, then 60 Fish + Cook... Argh, too many to decide... dunno what to do first #-o Oh and I have 146 music tracks (F2P). Try getting to that amount if you can.
  4. I hope the old BH craters get removed and the Bone Yard comes back. Hopefully they also do the same with Clan Wars as well. That useless battlefield clogs up so much space on the wildy #-o
  5. I hope the new BH still lets me unlock the BH minigame songs! :) Or does it have new songs? That's pretty much all I care about the new BH. Idc about PVP tbh.
  6. You could also include the rest of the Dragon weapons as well. Dragon longsword, Dragon halberd, and Dragon battleaxe can be added. You can add all the dragon weapons if you want, although they will most likely be OUT DATED!! Oh, and by the way, if you're adding ranged, add Dark Bow + Dragon Arrows. Its special attack is deadly.
  7. Yes, I think merchant clans are causing me not being able to buy threads, even at max! Though that has nothing to do with food so I don't know if threads count or not. :P Currently only bought 2500 out of my 11000 offer... :(
  8. Congrats Deu Terium and Water Is Nat! You two shall both be #5 at the same time span? No wonder why I see Deu stuck at 100 prayer xp left... :wall: Speaking of maxed out F2Pers, what about Verie? He's still 97 prayer atm... Mauranius, you still have a chance of beating Verie if he stalls.
  9. Added you to the support list. Oh and by they way, for the chainbodies and sq shields, they could have the exact same negative bonuses as for their plate and kite counterparts. For the 2H: I'll just tweak it so it only hits 1 more than previous. (Like +2 to 3 or something) For the longsword: Again, maybe I can tweak it so it hits 1 more than before. And the reason why I nerfed the scimitar is that it shouldn't be as fast as even a dagger. Maybe the speed decrease is a bit too much since I suggested the dagger and claws to get a speed increase... Perhaps nerf down only the accuracy of the scimitar so the difference between it and longsword are noticeable. Speaking of dagger, it should have a less chance of poisoning than the spear so the spear would be worth using. And just nerf the dds spec so it is slower. Like a charge-up or something before putting the actual blow. And for d claws spec, make it slower. The same reason as dds.
  10. Sees all, people buy/sell things other than the mid price in the GE because they are not buying or selling. On-Topic: I think price manipulating is just stupid. People are buying useless items, making the price rise. I mean, what's the use of fire tiaras? People WANT to make the price of them rise, just because they want a profit. These kinds of clans which support this should be stopped.

These are my PERFECT updates: -Returning the Bone Yard (+ other killed areas) in the Wilderness, by shrinking BH and CW areas -Removing the RS censor -Giving skillcapes to F2P -Reducing the quitting time limit in GOP, to about 1 minute -Nerfing all scimitars Pretty much it.
  12. IMO the censor is pointless. Not only does it censor out swear words (f-word, for instance), but it filters out OK words like oral and google. I'd say remove the censor completely, since people like me don't give a CRAP about swear words. And who cares about whining little kids? Those immature idiots aren't supposed to be playing in the first place.
  13. Since you're a F2P pure, there is no point on getting it higher than 40. Corrupt is not really worth it. It's too expensive to be worthwhile.
  14. Blue, good luck on your 80 Crafting! Crafting and Smithing are skills that I have pretty much avoided a bit...
  15. Typically a high-level are more like showoffs in most cases, but there are some that I see are rather mature and experienced, too. At least they are better than the extremely low-level idiots, who do nothing but telling others to stfu. And follow around, begging for money.
  16. Congrats on 99 Crafting! Crafting is just a tedious moneydrainer skill like Smithing, that's why I never bothered to get either of them to a high level. 10/10 :D

Profit (runes): Air runes (FOG gloves for better xp) Profit (tiaras): Unfortunately you can't profit from tiaras... :( Experience (runes): Earth runes (FOG gloves) Experience (tiaras): Body tiaras I would go with body tiaras, but you need to click much more. You can do Earth runes (FOG gloves) if you're too lazy to click that much.
  18. Ilufyou, I know some good strategies for GOP. For Air and Fire: -Stay in the altar and attract orbs in. They are all small altars, so you don't need to move around much. Do NOT repel, as you'll find that orbs will go out of place if you do that there. For Mind and Earth: -Run around the area a lot. It's a very big area, so you want a mix of attracting and repelling. Keep in mind that players will place the most barriers on the big altars, so perform as fast as you can here. For Water and Body: -A mix of both really. They are neither too big nor too small. I found these the easiest altars to practice on. Placement of barriers: -Place the barriers inbetween the pillars near the altar. This works wonders on the small altars. -If you are on the big-area altars, be sure to block the orbs AS SOON AS THE ROUND STARTS. This shall give your team an advantage for a while. Orb spawns: -Green spawns in the NorthEast most of the time, Yellow's spawns may vary. If you're green, GOP may be easier for you, but that means yellow will most likely place barriers there when the round starts. What NOT to do: -Hugging. This means putting on your attractor wand, dragging an orb toward you, and not letting go. This is dreadful because your team cannot get the orb towards the altar, and you will miss an orb to score upon on. -Repelling in the wrong direction. The orb that you repel will go very far from the altar if done wrong. If done right however, repelling may be faster than attracting. -Mistakenly placed barriers. If you trap your own orbs into your own barrier, that's a big no-no, as you'll need to waste time destroying the barrier to get the orb back into play. Other tips: -Wear a FULL set of runecrafter robes (any color). These give you a boost in the minigame, and it helps you do better. -Explorer's Ring 3, FOG Gloves, etc. equipment. You'll be given essence to craft runes, so you'll want equipment to boost your experience. -Carry as less items in your inventory as possible, and wear as lightly as possible. Running is essential in this minigame, without it, you'll do badly. -Save the essence for later altars (such as Fire and Body), unless you have so many essence that some appear on the floor. -Play 50-50 if you're a beginner, then join in the competition. It's best to learn the basics of each altar and earn a decent amount of tokens/essence than fail badly and earn a bad amount of tokens/essence. -Listen to your teammates. Teamwork is crucial in GOP, you can't rely on just either yourself or others. Good luck on your GOP! :
  19. C'mon, istolethepie, get that magnificent 1000 total! 8-) Bump.
  20. Game music... let's see. -Seaside Hill theme from Sonic Heroes -True Arena theme from Kirby Super Star Ultra -Purple Comet theme from Super Mario Galaxy Unfortunately I can't post YouTube videos of the music, mainly because my computer can't access YouTube...
  21. Personally, I don't think any of the skillcapes are "dirt". This is mainly because: -EVERY 99 skill is a grind. -People with 99's deserve to be respected. -This shows you like the skill and you dedicated to it. It's kind of sad, seeing people laughing at cooking/fletching capes. And by NO MEANS is firemaking easy.
  22. Ok, firstly I must say, this is my first and ever rant. Now, here's the rant. Whenever I go skilling in a crowded world, I always see people scoffing at me stuff like this: "Omg why you cut oak? Cut willow!" "Why you use rune long? Get rune scim!" "Stop ranging moss giants! Range ice giants!" The point is, I'm sick of this. The point of the game is to enjoy whatever you're doing, not to be told what to do and what not to do for the best methods. If anything, I'd rather those people to do the stuff they told me to do instead of just lecturing about me.
  23. As a F2Per, I actually found the "repetitive, grinding" parts of the game really fun. What got me into this game is the hiscores. Some of my friends play RuneScape, and I wanted to get much higher stats than them. So I decided to skill like mad, and eventually I found the fun side of it. Really, RuneScape isn't that grinding. Try 100%'ing games like Pokemon, and you'll discover the TRUE side of grinding.
  24. Of COURSE F2P should get skillcapes. No, actually F2P must get skillcapes. Why? Here are some reasons. 1) It is 10x harder to reach a F2P 99 in F2P than it is P2P. 2) You earn the right for a skillcape, not buy the right. 3) Lets us 100% F2Pers stay our 100% F2P status if we want a skillcape. 4) P2P loves to whine over EVERY single update F2P gets. If F2P gets skillcapes, it's not like the gameplay in P2P gets taken away. 5) It's just a CAPE. It's not like we're getting barrows or anything. -.-
  25. Ok, this is what I dislike about RS: -People who talk in incorrect spelling/grammar. -Price Manipulators. -When I worked really hard for a level, then an update comes and goes "Such and such is an easier way!"
