As I was reading that, I was trying really hard to figure out what you were making, lol. ("Pudding? Chocolate cream? Chocolate... oh, 'stuff.'") Yup, stuff :) when it's warm, it's pretty runny, like a soup kind of. It's awesome over ice cream. When is cold or in te fridge, it is thicker than honey, but not as thick or dry as fudge. It's really hard to explain.
