Is Adventure and Risk still a part of RS?
There isn't really any fear of death anymore, I never played because that fear was exciting me, though I can't deny I mss it now. Although about Six months ago I feel asleep slaying and lost about 10M

Bullroarers in the GE
I see how you find this annoying but I never spend enough time where noobs gather for it to be a big issue

Horns for Agility Training
It only takes much longer to unlock, but I'm assuming it is fille dup at the same rate. However, it takes MUCH MUCH longer to unlock...and you cannot be filling up your normal horn while unlockign it. Yea, that's what I said. I would like data for times to fill the horn and how much experience it renders at your level.

Smithing
Many find cannonballs a good, if a little slow way of doing it. Gold ore is good and fast and expensive unless you're going to use the bars for crafting (which I do by using gems from thieving rogues den safes). That's my preferred method but depends on whether you want those arrowtips and dart tips yourself for slayer or something. Mith bars might be your solution. Cannonballs are slow, plus he needs something for an anvil

Horns for Agility Training
So the master horn takes much longer to get and is only better in way of holding more exp

Horns for Agility Training
If anyone has any accurate data on the duration of the horns at different levels that would be great. Also if anyone could give some times to get these horns that would also be great.

Horns for Agility Training
I'd like to know if the Horns from Barbarian Assault are efficient to use, how much experience does one horn render, and how long does each horn take to obtain? Here are my numbers for agility at the Ape Atoll agility course without any failures: Lap Times at Ape Atoll: 10 Laps at Ape Atoll, 580 experience per lap. Each lap begins and ends at the Stepping Stone obstacle. All measurements are in seconds unless otherwise noted. 41.7 42.1 42.5 41.9 48.7 45.1 42.5 42.3 42.7 43.0 Average of all 10: 43.29 Fastest Lap: 41.7 Slowest Lap: 48.7 Laps/hr: 83.16 Exp/hr: 48,232.8 I'm fairly certain a lap time can be under 41 seconds, however I've never done it. A far more experience player may be able to get an average of 41.75, which would put them at 86.227 laps per hour, or 50,011.66 experience per hour, though this experience rate would only be feasible after many hours of agility training at this course.

MTK Profit while quitting RS for a few months
Just get your rating to 100% before you collect. That is all you have to do, unless I am mistaken. Yep, just leave with your approval at 100% and like 5m in the kingdom, come back get 100% and you'll be fine.

Untradable armour
As far as I can see anything but perhaps new mage armour comparable to armadyl/bandos is going to be impossible to integrate without destroying the balance. We don't need some vague new untradable armour, we just need more integration of skills into other skills, which Jagex has been doing as of late. Quite frankly suggestions of this nature lead nowhere, unless you actually have something specific in mind, which you should have suggested in your original post, this thread is nearly pointless.

Jagex Calling Police
Since 99% of people who say anything like that are not actually suicidal, just making sick jokes its defiantly justified. You can't let players break the rules just because there is small chance they're threat is legit. That's like the IRS not taxing you because the stress might make you kill yourself. At the same time Jagex must take these threats seriously, so its no surprise that they take action on even misconstrued jokes. Its defiantly a disturbing situation but players who actually mean these things are reaching out, so the interest in them by other people might make them reconsider. As for those who say such things jokingly: they deserve to be frustrated, its a terrible thing to joke about and they deserve the mute.

Efficient Smithing
I am currently working to obtain 85 smithing, I'm 80 now, and am not sure if I'm being efficient. I'm using adamantite bars to make adamant bolts, since they are basically the only product I can find that doesn't lose more than 50% per bar. When Smithing one bar at a time its very slow, so I was wondering if anything at my level could be faster than this and not lose tons of gp/exp Thanks Note: I am not mining the ores or gold smelting with gauntlets.

20-Oct-2009 - Ardougne Achievement Diary
To clear my stance up, I've never complained about the lack of high level content. In fact, I rarely complain about anythng jagex throws at us. I dislike the fact of rs turning into a get 99 everything race, but I bear with it. I'm okay when requirements are within reach, even it will take me weeks to get it. But 93 summoning? 91 smithing? These are levels that even a high level like me who've put hundreds of hours into the game and say, W T F. If you want a goal, there're always 99s for you to go for. But a diary completion really should be within the reach of us normal players instead of catered to <1% of the rs population. 6002 players with 93 summon/1m (say just 1 million total rs players)= 0.6%. There's a reason it's called 'elite'. Obviously I'm preaching to the wrong crowd here. If you're posting here in the middle of a Tuesday, you're NOT the typical rs player. Don't think I'm a lvl 100 here with an 1700 total. I've played rs since feb 2002 and rank 40,000 on the highscores. Just within the hiscores 40k/2m I rank within the top 2% of rs players. But no, that's apparently nowhere near elite according to jagex. the 0.6% I gave earlier is a very conservative estimate, I would say that <0.5% of rs will get access to this piece of content. Jagex should not expect even all elite players to achieve those elvels. Elite is not all inclusive and quite frankly 40k overall is not that high, I'm around 15k overall and wouldn't refer to myself as elite, because quite frankly I'm not that high of a level

_BEST_ slayer gear ever.
As pevious posters have noted there is no definate set of gear however I would say these are essential(we will assume melee): Veracs skirt, Slayer helm, Pros platebody, fury, berskers ring, rune defender, whip, firecape, skillcape, dharoks platebody, dragon boots, barrows gloves, cannon w/ cannonballs, super sets. Optional: Bandos chest/tasset, SGS, DFS, Prayer potions(for 10% str prayer).

First of all, what crops are you planting?

Fastest Cosmic runecrafting method?
Seems like it would be around the same speed but I'd like to try this out, unless someone else already has and wishes to publish the data here.

Herb prices and Miscellania
Your reading into this WAY too much, its just a bit of advice that a helpful player has happy to share, there are guides out there that give definate data. As for the orignal Kingdom Management method, thanks for the info.

Teaks vs Ivy
I meant the gp lost per firemaking exp.
-
Teaks vs Ivy
I'm not certain but I hear in excess of 80k exp/hr with Ivy, whereas low 70s is where Teaks max out.
-
Teaks vs Ivy
Since I don't have definate exp rates on Ivy I thought I'd ask around so... Assuming the Inferno Adze is used. How does the combined experience in woodcutting and firemaking at teaks weigh in agaisnt the supeior woodcutting experience of Ivy? (Be sure to consider firemaking exp/hr and gp/exp) Thanks <_<

Saradomin Godsword
I agree, the best way to look at items is not by the gp value, but rather the useful for you.

Salve Ammy - Range
No, it has no effect on Range. Use the Fury or Amulet of Ranging for best results.
