  1. Blackjacking menophite thugs is a great option. I'll include a link to a video explaining the method. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BPwYuFRNSg
  2. I'd suggest alching, that seems to be the best for the normal spell book at lower levels. If you can access lunar plank make or string jewlery are both excellent experience, however since your level one defence this may not be an option.
  3. If your crafting I'd look into doing flax, its slower but probably better at lower levels since you'll be making money. If money isn't an issuse look into sapphire bracelets. For theiving the best option is always blackjacking, however this tends to be rather tedious so options such as master farmers and pryamid plunders could be sufficent (thou certaintly not as fast as blackjacking).
  4. I actually only have 2 friends on runescape who are girls.
  5. I'm currently at level 92 slayer and I'd really like to see a lvl 95 monster (they'd never make a 99 but that'd also be cool). I'm taking a break for 99 fishing, woodcutting, and firemaking so mabye in a few months I'll have something to look forward to.
  6. I don't lend for money because I think its rather noobish. I did however let someone borrow a dragon halberd only to find out they haven't completed regicide, needless to say we both felt silly.
  7. Try Questing, training a skill you rarely train, or a fun minigame. When i'm bored(which isn't often tbh) I play castle wars, soul wars, clan wars, fight pits, or some other fun minigame. Hunt for Redraktuber was a fun quest, try that.
  8. For sure. You should start training runecrafting or slayer for it
  9. I find using slayer dart to be the most effecitive. Meleeing anything but the tunnel monsters and karils is very slow. Try bring a rune crossbow for Ahrims, dds/whip for karils, 250-500 casts of slayer dart.
  10. Perhaps your consulting it at or around times when the GE is being updated?
  11. Great Guide. I've actually been using this method for quite awhile and like it, although it is very click intensive. You may wish to add Oo'googl(sp?) to the list of places to do this, while its not as efficent as the Grand Exchange you make up for lost time in serenity.
  12. Well. Unless its a slayer task then I'd suggest not killing these. Its true that you can get a drop worth almost 20m but it takes thousands of kills and even then your not sure to get one. Fire Bolt with Chaos Gauntlets seems to be the best thou. As for breaking even without a visage; it seems likely you will profit by a small bit, since you'll get rune and dragon items from time to time.
  13. I can get that slaying on most tasks.
  14. I don't care about profit, going for all speed. Thanks for the suggestions thou, any idea of exp/hr rates?
  15. I'm currently at about 11,600,000 exp in attack and wish to gain the last 800,000-1,000,000 experience with a powerleveling spot instead of using my normal method of slayer. I don't mind losing some money on potions as I have around 500 super sets and 300 prayer potions. I also own bandos armour, a dragonfire sheild, amulet of fury, berserker ring, 'barrows' gloves, and most other well know melee armours. I'm level 99 strength, 90 defence, 80 summoning, 80 prayer, and 98 Hitpoints. I've done most quests as well. I'm looking for a spot that yields upwards of 100,000 experience per hour. Thanks in advance. :D
  16. All data i've seen points to range bonuses not significantly affecting hits, either way prayer and melee bonuses would be valued over range.
  17. Probably not. I'm not sure of the exact gp/exp loss but I wouldn't suggest it if you only have 11m gp. I'd try slaying for range experience or if you really want money avainsies are a decent gp/hr with a slightly inferior exp. Alternatively you could use bronze or iron knives on yaks, gaining around 60k-70k exp/hr but no slayer exp or valuable drops are obtained.
  18. If you can make 27m in in 26.5 hours yews are worth using over maples. You can burn 1300-1400 logs per hour using the backlight method at the grand exchange. As you stated you need 100,000 maples or 64,000 yews, so it'll take 71.4-76.9 hours or 45.7-49.2 hours respectivly. So maples are probably your best bet unless 1m+ an hour or have alot of unneeded gold stockpiled.
  19. Its easy to get a 2.5% variation, perhaps the tester had a higher level while using them? or perhaps just got lucky? I'm 99 cooking and am 99% sure (along with thousands of others) that they have no effect on monkfish. You also stop burning monks at 90 by the way.
  20. Broad Bolts OR crystal bows are the best options.
  21. I honestly no longer see any reason to put money into my house other than to gain levels. As of now I just have a costume room, two teleport rooms, an alter, mounted glory, two bedrooms(to keep servant), a dungeon room and dining room(for training). Its only 11 rooms but very functional. I'd save your money for further training of construction or other skills.
  22. Well. People will tell you to powerlevel but thats NEVER the way to go. Always do slayer, you make a ton more money and get slayer exp (plus you can get over 130k total exp/hr)
  23. I'd get all the stats needed for all the quests then order them in the quest log from difficulty. Then do them from easy to master. Thats how i do my questing.
  24. Ok, this should help http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=treasure_trails.htm#puzzle
