This is really the only post (the one I'm quoting) that has mattered this entire topic. PH will continue to diregard the rules and cheat their way into thinking that they are undefeated. I'm honestly surprised that action hasn't been taken to this point.

Actually, DaBigEverton led in that war for Asc+Df for a little while. It wasn't a crash, he's in ascencion ;)

AA isn't a country clan though, it's an official clan. I'd go with CL.

Training in RuneScape is only getting easier, so why do you say that? With the introduction of Pest Control, Soul Wars, and even monsters such as Armoured Zombies high combat requirements are less of a worry than ever before. As for the original posters question, the thing you need to understand is that although they might not be here on Tip.It or over there on RSC, or really on any other fansite, there are still a large amount of lower leveled clans that can help people with the basics of warring, before they move on to Top 30/20/10 clans. Whoever mentioned the RSB had a good point, many lower-leveled clans gather there and quite a few of them are warring clans with much lower combat requirements than most of the clans here on TWR or clans that are more RSC-based.

The fact is melee will always have a base damage advantage for the simple reason that a 10 year old can grasp. IT CAN NOT HIT OVER DISTANCES! Range is underpowered but crossbows with the specials somewhat make up for that, but it still could be fixed up a bit. Magic has a load of diverse properties such as binding and freezing. No meleer will beat a PKer who knows what he/she is doing if they are using blood and ice barrage.

No, they really don't. How do you clan/stat check someone on MSN? How do you organize officials and members in a clan on MSN? Most IRC users come from the time before the clan chat was created, it was the primary means of communications for clans. Since the clan chat update, clans still prefer IRC to Clan Chat for multiple reasons, which is why it's still so big. I wish I quoted this but I didn't, but I add a +1 to what Carl_Dublin wrote when he said: I'd be lost without IRC.

Wow, congrats to both clans for the strong performances in this war! Congrats on pulling through to the win AK, and better luck next time Downfall. :)

Tough topic. PH deffinitely dominated, and although it's clear that they did bring people who shouldn't have been there, my question is would it have made a big enough difference for LGZ to claim the win? By the looks of things 2 people that weren't supposed to be there, while is dishonourable on PH's part, wouldn't have turned the tide of the war enough for LGZ to win. Also, PH attacking first is a mistake many people make, even LGZ made it against Downfall over the summer and when Downfall walked out LGZ was given the win. (Yes, I remember that :P) Fairest thing would be a rematch, although PH was the victor here without a doubt in my opinion. Rules are rules and this is a ranking list, PH is relatively new to the TWR so once they catch on that this isn't acceptable I'm sure things will be ironed out fine for their wars to come.
