I did use one a while ago. But that was only because it was included with swiftkit and easy to access while playing RS.

I had a lot of funny moments there, and the people in the chat were just overall cool people. But since i don't use swiftkit anymore, i don't access the chat.

So i vote rarely.

I use IRC occasionally, but I'm generally pretty quiet in the few channels I actually join. I'm also not very knowledgeable in using it, unfortunately, so that's definitely another reason why I'm not so active on IRC. /stupid

Yes, sometimes I go to #GE to see when the GE updates and such. Used to be more of a frequent IRC user in the past.

Yes, that sig was annoying.

In RuneScape, I tended to use IRC a lot for RuneScript when I used to play and occasionally use it now for keeping up with an old clan.

I do use it a lot at the moment though outside of RuneScape as we've got quite a popular IRC Channel for Edinburgh Uni's computing students, got a nice, friendly atmosphere and IRC clients are usually nice and lightweight so aren't obtrusive. :)

If you click on them they hatch or grow up faster and look awesomer!!!

87.5% of all statistics are made up on the spot. If you're one of the 42% of statistics that doesn't, copy and paste this into your sig. In addition, 126.324% of the previous statement does not make sense.

I'm more of a Skype person.

Never used and never will use IRC.

I voted "Rarely"... I only seem to do it when I either get really bored, don't want to go on rs, or have a pressing matter on my mind.

Of course, I find it depressing that most nobody talks in #runescape on irc.tip.it ... :(

(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)

I used to use it while I was still using Swiftswitch, but not anymore.
