Decided to go back to EoC. As much as I liked 07scape, there's not much of a future for it IMO. Got 107 Dungeoneering, working on 15m Prayer and banking 20m Crafting. :) Also passed 19m Farming and 56m Defence.

1400 Overall, haven't been able to get on much and when I do I mainly RC. Dat slow progress.

I'm Runecrafting around 2-2.3k a hour. That's using mousekeys for banking and having my pouches lower in my inventory.

Perhaps not the most efficient way, but I'd take Sceptre, Super anti and 6 lobs. Banking after every run only takes a matter of seconds so not too much exp waste, even that way you can make 10m+ to 99. At 65 Thieving I get around 90k/hour which is pretty good.

99 Defence. Seems people mature with Defence, most pures are idiots.
