Said idiots tend to be banned fairly quickly. My brother in law botted for 5 years and isnt banned to this day, i have an account that a friend autoed to 99 mage and gave to me like 2 years ago, still isnt banned. I know of several people in the top 1000 players list who bot.

What the hell? Bots could just bot their way to the deposit thing ever few thousand coins. The reason bots don't go there is not because they can't, it's because it's a horrible way to make money. Bots do go there, and its not horrible money.

You do realise nobody smiths rune anymore right? rune f2p uses is from the currently existing stock in the game, rune prices are so low thanks to ge that runesmithers lose money making it. Also i wasnt aware the vast majority of f2pers had 99 smithing.. lol.

That's a skill that I would have never thought to see maxed :? Herblore is quite fast if you have an infinite amount of money... Slayer seems to be the hardest skill, which is quite logical... Slayer isnt the hardest, by that list id say magic is, its taken 7 years to get 91m mage xp, and 2 years to get 41m slayer xp.

The minority pked? are you on crack?, out of the 8 million current runescape accounts im willing to bet about 6 million of them were pk accs.

Runescape has not become a grindfest, it was like that from the beginning, but when you started you'd not done enough to be aware of it. The quests you run as a p2per are no more monotonous then the f2p ones, try running the f2p ones several times over on new characters and you'll get sick of them pretty soon.In the past i broke the monotony by pking or staking, or even giving items to my friends.. :|

Rcing is no longer the fastest money making method, there is other much faster methods now.

If im 57 combat with 99 magic (has been done before, "danqer" did it), then I would have atleast 13million exp, without adding hits. Normal level 57s have about 50k in each combat stat, and 10k in prayer, so that would be 210k. 13m/210,000 is roughly 60. For 60 times the work, we deserve to win. Of course that case is just a freak case, but even normal pures generally have double the exp of impures the same level. Im not saying i disagree, but i was just wondeing how you came up with that, aru? Lets say your a lvl 56 with 40 45 40 melee stats impure.. You have about 400k xp or so in combat. Im a mage pure with 99 magic.. I have 13 million combat xp. So tell me who deserves to win in that situation?. Pures have to put in a lot more effort to get their combat levels. And the option of being pure is open to EVERY player.

It's ruined in the sense as to what it was before. I understand there is room for improvement and that runescape may be able to once again continue to thrive. The game is however ruined for me. If I wated to fight preset opponents, in a preset place, with preset items, and preset level differences, I would play WoW's arena system. But I don't want this. I want the ability to roam in the wild, kill who I want, when I want, with what I want to kill them with. They took the uniquness out of the game. Their taking everything out of this game that made it what it was and throwing in numerous stupid proxy mini games to satisfy the 10 year old masses. The wild and pking isn't my only problem however. I despise the grand exchange out of everything. You can't sell half the stuff you want to sell at the lowest price, and you can't buy half the stuff you wan't buy at the highest price. I mean seriously wtf is the point in that? The prices on items change so much so fast thats its impossible to keep up with them. It used to take weeks for a price on an item to change, now it takes 1 day. I had a buy option on 25 sharks at max price for a week and a half, never got em. It's ruined skills from fletching to herblore. I mean seriously, you can't make a potion anymore without losing about 2k. They should probably just remove herblore from the game altogether, right along with mining, smithing, and runecrafting. I think jagex should seriously take a look at the numerous faults in the other skills, before spending 6 months trying to release a new one. you have to buy and sell in a set range that changes VERY slowly. Whip prices rose 200k yesterday, d leg price rose 150k yesterday, in the space of about 4 hours.

The pure also has to train 4 times as much xp as the impure, Some times up to 30x as much. Its not a flaw in the system its reaping the benifits of hard work.. I have an impure character that has 99 magic 96 str 85 att and 70 def.. Most people my lvl are 80 att str and def, yes i beat them, but they trained 8 million combat xp.. I trained 25 million combat xp.. If you want everything to be fair go play neopets, in runescape hard work is rewarded. How fun would this game be if every attack style but controlled was removed and every one the same combat lvl was identical?, couse thats what you seem to want.

It was never 75 to use, it came out at 41 to use and was raised to 61 when it was upgraded to be better then rune axe.

Guildwars has no grind, guildwars 2 will however.

Communism makes control easy however and almost all leaders of communist countrys take advantage of this fact.

I have got an obby cape and 230 bloods and a glory amulet as drops off revs. The beastiary doesnt even list coin drops, and ive had them drop up to 3k.

And it would limit several million dial up players, its not going to happen.
