I respect the fact your clan's been around for a long time and has a fantastic history but I'm not sure many people really care about individuals who are maxing out no matter how long they've been playing RuneScape or been clanning, seems to me you're bragging more than actually celebrating your maxed account...not much clan discussion. :huh: Congrats anyway, it's stiill a good achievement. Sorry if you take offense, I just speak my mind. :-|

Nice to see older clans reopening, especially DI.

Honestly if you had ended when the cap was over, then you'd have won. The fact is that both clans continued fighting after the cap, and then you logged out leaving DF victorious. I was very impressed by your opts Envy, but you should have ended when the cap was done.

I was there watching, both clans had their spells of dominance however Envy logged out so they lost, grats Downfall.

The ending shows it was closer than it actually was. I'm glad to be through, good job T0.

True Ownage v Knights of Order ___________________ Specture approached me in IRC for a couple of rounds of Matched Opts as practice for the CJ Tourney, and we agreed on the following rules: 2 Rounds of Matched Opts, CWA Classic | Center Bounds, All styles in both rounds, Corrupt Items not allowed, Dungeoneering Items not allowed, Rings allowed, Date negotiated: Sunday 19th December, Time negotiated: 4:00 PM EST. ___________________ Round 1 We pulled alright and KO pulled good too meaning we didn't have to drop many. True Ownage Starting: 23 (dropped to 20) Knights of Order Clan Starting: 20 ___________________ The war began and I was KO's first pile whereas we piled Dian Cecht. Dian outtanked me by about a second and we had a DC straight after making it 19-18 to KO. However with good tanking from Aevalyx, iJ4 and then Dazuz, we managed to pull it back slowly. Eventually we took the lead, and we never looked back. Good calling from Nykimu at the end secured the win. True Ownage Ending: 9 Knights of Order Ending: 0 ___________________ Round 2 KO gained 1 for this Round and we dropped our 2. True Ownage Starting: 23 (dropped to 21) Knights of Order Clan Starting: 21 ___________________ This time around KO piled Cynthia, who tanked really well, giving us an immediate lead. We built on that, and scored KO's on KO's binders (no pun). Eventually after more tanking from Warria07 and Woody, the lead we had amassed was too large for KO to come back from. Some people may not want to show everybody else who they're voting for, so it's good not only for confidential reasons but also the fact that Pieter can easily dismiss votes that are ridiculous. Of course there's not as many teams as there are clans, so obviously there are less awards for them. If you scroll through the last couple of pages of the Wars and Run-In forum then I bet at least 10% of the topics are from teams. Also people have different opinions to you as there are several teams who deserve these awards, not going to name them publicly otherwise it'll look like I'm promoting them, but 3/4 main contenders for 2 awards is not really a bad thing at all. Also it's posted now incase someone brings up a suggestion on this topic. The awards were decided by Clan Officials in the Conclave, but if someone who is not a Clan Official has a good idea they can post it here and it can be edited into the topic. It gives everybody a few days to think who actually deserves each award and why, rather than seeing the topic, leeching onto other people's/friends votes and then posting something you wish you could change.

This explains my feelings pretty well. But PVP has massive advantages too and is very enjoyable.

I usually tend to bind because of my...lets say not so encouraging Ranged level. I have ranged before though and find it more enjoyable, but I'm a better bind/blaster.

no JC. AV had a war vs DK around 6 pm EST. TG war was at 2 est. I was helping DK mass up. Derek wasnt on, and i was bored. I'm clan-friend in DK ^^ so to give AV some fun, massed up DK to fight em. Okay, thank you for explaining. Nice pull. :thumbup:

We peaked at 26 on audio but on average only had around 20 in game due to you guys getting lots of transitions because of the map. I thought we did really well given the numbers, snipers and the fact it was a new experience for a fair few of our members tanking 35+ people with a handful of members adapting to the change well. Grats on the win DF. E: I had around 9 deaths.
