Looks good but I would like to add what if one of the two clan claims the AC was favoring the other clan and are able to prove it with pics or otherwise, the ACing clan should not be rewarded any points or infact be penalised by same margin. This should also apply if the Acing clan decided to leave in the middle of a fight. Sounds completely reasonable and justified. :thumbup:

This is pretty much what comes to mind. Sure we've lost a fair bit of activity in the past few months but if we were to regain (which we hopefullly will!) that activity then we'd have to reverse the change. Thanks for your idea though. :)

We don't flame in True Ownage, but in Legendz I remember receiving a few mutes when people joined our public chat and tried to make the most out of everything our members said lol. Fortunately I had Clan Leader status on the Jagex forums back then, so an email to them would quickly explain how rival clans are just trying to make trouble - hence the removal of some mutes, but not all.

From being a member in Clan Europe and teams such as Silent Ember and Team TKO Blitz, I never had to question authority or question decisions by the officials. However in my time of leading Legendz & True Ownage I've had numerous members questioning the authority some ranks have and what direction the clan is headed. This is just as much a good thing as how it could be perceived to be bad. Of course, the negative things dampen the situation, however at the same time receiving feedback, particularly about the bad things is a good way for you to improve your clan and keep members happy. From my experiences leading clans, and trying to build communities and help clan bonds, I'd definitely raise my concerns if I were to join a new clan as a member. Feedback is crucial, the most important thing is what's done in response to your feedback given. If nothing was to change, I'd probably complain being the honest but outspoken person I am.

Jagex deserves to be commended for opening the doors to more people using audio in fights and in other gameplay. However we will have to wait until the update is complete to make a comparison to other audio options such as Ventrilo and TeamSpeak.

Points removal isn't the only punishment we give out. We can issue rematchs and also give the result to the other clan if they've broken the rules to a high extent. Am I right by assuming that this 'rule-breaking' from Eternity is to a small extent if not at all? If I'm wrong, please show us the evidence of how the other clan broke the rules. We can't do our part if you don't do yours in helping us out. :thumbup: PM me within the next 48 hours with your proof and we'll go from there.

It's a good idea, and we appreciate any ideas and feedback. But a few questions: How many clans would be in each ladder? We have 23 clans on TWR with 2 on the waiting list, so each 'ladder' would be very limited. I see your vision, but a 12 hour acceptance time seems extremely short aswell as the 1/2 week period. How would you have a good ladder if you had an Aussie based clan/EST based clan and GMT based clan in there at once? (An example...) I know there's no flawless system, but why should all wars be set default dangerous with no returning? The clan world has evolved from full out PVP wars to CWRI/PKRI's, I think this rule is honestly too outdated to bring into place. Like I said, I'm glad to see people mentioning ideas. But I think you need to elaborate more and give reasoning to why we would have one rule over another.

There seems to be some controversy here about rule breaking. Instead of having a topic full of flaming and unkind comments, I urge both parties to PM any evidence of rule breaking/their side of the story to me or another member of staff. I'll leave the topic as it is for now, but if it gets out of hand expect some sort of intervention. The staff will discuss any evidence you send us and then make a conclusion about the war, the faster you send us it, the faster we can get this sorted. Please cooperate. :thumbup:
