it adds to your max not every hit... Not true, it hits much higher then whip and is far more accurate. For drags, a ZS doesn't even come close. LS is only good for bosses, but the rapier is better for pretty much everything else. It's been said many times that it doesn't cost 200k/hr to use. Don't make up info. yeah i said combat hours the first time and was too lazy to say it the 2nd time.

longbow + 2h wouldn't be as effective as shortbow + 2h :s. well in ko.

might aswell just keep using a whip if you are going to get a rapier. rapier can only hit like ~5 dmg more and costs 200k/combat hours. imo that slight accuracy and 5 dmg+ isnt worth the 200k/h. might aswell get a longsword since it's more accurate and hits ~5 more than rapier. longsword is probably better than rapier in too pvm and pvp but not slayer.

w84. half the population of the world is there and easy to get into that world. rocktails are ~220k/hour and ~38k xp/hour. sharks are 230k/h and 20k xp/hour.

^ that's if he pvps. armoured zombies is 65k without piety and 80k with (might be a bit higher). slayer i usually get 9k-15k xp/h so 36k-60k. those rates are with maxed melee though :/.

i have alched statius platelegs deg before. barrows doesnt lose it's alch value with it degrades to 100 :s. maybe it was a bug?

15% + your basic level. Piety stacks with everything. Ranging amulet doesn't give any bonuses.
