You can use grimys sheet to figure out which pouches are way too expensive and exclude them from the charmpattern calc though. Scaling factor should be left at 100%, that'd only change on bxpw or if using the ring from citadel. The best bet for you is to bind a Gorg 2h and Gorg plate, breaking plate for hood if you find one eventually. Upgrade your berzerker ring to around tier 5 or 6 and use agressive style to make the most of your 2h bind Crush and slash weaknesses are very important in DG, which could be why you haven't been hitting that well. Most skeletons, hobgoblins, earth warriors, high level ghosts, fire giants and such should be crushed, other things should be slashed - though experiment with changing styles if you don't seem to be hitting too well, most weaknesses are logical Ninja'd by Sy :P Since you're 70 rc you should bind a csb whenever you find it, use mage on high tier melee skeletons, forgotten warriors, brutes, anything with very high melee defence (except bats)

How far do you think Jagex (or the investors) will actually take this, though? It's going to take a lot for them to release an update that can get much worse than this. They'd have to release full blown micro-transactions where you buy a blue phat for $1k or something ridiculous like that. Come to think of it, what if there were product placement in RuneScape? That would be pretty horrible playing an advertisement. I can see it now... You should reread my post. Your bolded text seems to have been removed from the wikipedia article and the article locked due to the revision that added that anyway - I'm doubting whether that is true of Insight. tbh ian, as soon as arttu said to mgt and you had no runes you should've said for him to run it :P Just get ontop of always having a tk and stuff to mgt right out of ht, or dont take a path out of ht if you dont have them and you'll be fine :)

The damage reduction is stated by Jagex to be a maximum of 10%, probably for the whole 30 mins, and it scales with your defence level - though we don't know by what factor. We also don't yet know how it stacks with the divine/elysian shields or not, and whether it reduces un-typed damage or not I can't see why it wouldn't work in the Dominion tower. I don't think anyone ingame currently owns the aura, so its hard to know much about it really :( As for the recharge, it should be whatever it is stated as ingame - Edit: Loyalty shop says 5hr recharge

So, for the past week or so I've been having periods of lagspikes while playing, for 5-10 seconds every minute or two. As you can imagine, it makes most things pretty much unplayable. ISP is BT and connect to the internet using the Bt homehub 2.0, my brother often plays rune at the same time as me and experiences the exact lagspike at the same time too, we both connect wirelessly, and the lagspikes happen while there is no other activity on the network too I can test to see if a wired connection produces the same result however it isn't a practical longterm solution anyway - wireless is much more convenient for obvious reasons. I've looked about the internet for this and it seems the problem could be on BT's end, however I'm unsure how to go about checking. I could try tracert while a lagspike happens, but is there a more specific adress to use than just runescape.com? I've tried resets of the router too, can't think of anything else to say about it now but of course if theres anything else I can do just say :) wondering if anyone knows the best way to go about fixing/proving its not my problem/has a similar problem really :) Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give!

you're really powering through those quests :D I've been annoyingly blocked off a big questline (cant remember which for a while) down to the quest where you need three random items giving me tough requirements due to the items given :( I just love the diy playstyle :D Just getting an adamant hatchet from a clue made me so happy xD Good luck with yours! :D

I tend to wait either until the core comes out, or if you hit a nice BGS spec you should switch to ZS a bit earlier. Dominion marker might be useful to take along but I'd assume its benefit is minimal

I have a DIY account, and while it isn't yet very high level, I'm really enjoying it. Just getting my first dragon weapons felt like a much bigger achievement! And even though the playstyle is DIY, it doesn't mean I can't still be efficient within the accounts restrictions, which is nice

Thanks :D Yeah, livid is pretty do-able with a LOT of good tv, you end up going into zombie-mode anyway with it.. Just finished TT too, actually quite enjoyed it :) 5-6 levels eahc an hour for the hard character wasn't all that bad, titan/ovls/turmoil helped a lot :D So, here's my updated comp reqs! 25m xp to go, easy :) Got an assignment in tuesday (eek!), so I guess proper DG can recommence after that :P Tried DGing in w67 a bit.. lets just say it isn't going to happen often again after what happened xD

I quite like the look of the trailer, though it does feel the Signature heroes haven't done much ingame with us aside from advertise sofar - hopefully we'll get some related quests soon. I don't mind the trailer being cinematic, a great majority of the areas shown in the "flashback" are ingame areas that've been used quite well. One thing I do wonder about though, where do Jagex currently advertise and where is the trailer going to be used? They really need to work on getting new people into the game rather than trying to force f2p into p2p (which isn't really going to happen)
