Want to raise RC from 57 to 70. I heard steam runecrafting is the way to go. Can someone give me a run down on what the best most efficient way to do this is?

At 99 fm that is the very best setup. You should also be using elite void and peity/rigor.

He could but it wouldn't be very good. I suggest 90+ in att, str, range. Defense isn't nearly as important. As for gear.. Handcannon (99 fm) > Karils Xbow > Cxbow Maul > Rapier > Whip > Godsword I highly suggest elite void.

Why moss giants? Level 3 men are better cash. Pest control is better exp/h. Other then that, prayer bonus gear and protect melee.

THIS. If you want to improve range then getting 99 fm for proper handcannon use is far more useful then a chaotic crossbow. Rigor is good if you don't have 99 prayer yet.

Would also like to point out that stuff NPCs say is not always true. Player experience is far more valuable. After all, Jagex types what NPCs say and Jagex is wrong about their own game all the time.

Void is much riskier, but much better. Riskier as in you might get a random when returning to you grave and get [bleep]ed.

Use Elite Void. Same as black dhide in terms of magic defense but with +8 prayer. +8 prayer > +20 mage def > black dhide.

Magic is far more gear dependent then melee now.

Conquest points are not based on if you win or lose.

Do conquest till you have the rank for deflector. Do the rest in a clan playing PC. Fletch broad arrows during any idle time while in the landers or playing pc. There is debate as to if conquest is better then pc for points. I'm leaning towards PC being better because you get combat exp from killing stuff and fletching exp from making broad arrows. The arrows are totally optional but very efficient to do.

Brackish blade is cheap and better then a whip.

Fun is subjective! Use it to justify whatever you want!

Protip: It is inefficient to ever mine them. Period. If you want money then go somewhere else. If you want exp then this is a decent spot just remember to peity them. Edit: Also, the amount of lp they have is one of the reasons they are good, less overkill loss. Also, your str and att levels will hold you back at any spot. These guys have almost no defense so it shouldn't be any more then they would at say armored zombies.

Have 100 players pickpocketing the thing you are tanking. Each paying 20k/h. Green dragons are still better cash.

There used to be an awesome guide here on tip.it that had all the food and the gp/hp ratio for how much it costs to use them. If I remember though monkfish are very efficient to use if you need food. I would bring six prayer pots because you should be protecting melee and using peity. Use leaf blade sword or brackish blade. I think they are the best stab weapons you can use at the moment.
