If you want to get ranged exp then I highly recommend cannoning black demons. Not only is it decent range exp but it is also 20k prayer exp per hour, awesome charms per hour and awesome effigies per hour. Chinning might be faster but cannoning black demons will help your character as a whole. Here is the link to an awesome guide for cannoning black demons, control f then search "4.4" to get to the black demons section. You want to make untradeable pots. Also you can make pots two levels early using greensman (m). So if your goal is extreme strength you can make them from 87.

Pengs and tears of guthix. Exp lamps. Steam runes to 65 and ZMI after that iirc. I think cannoning cave crawlers for effigies would be like 100gp/exp. I can do the math if you want. It's not 200gp/exp... ;)

Fishing: c2 fishing > barbarian fishing with low alching > shilo fishing with mousekeys (the only methods I have experience with) Agillity: Best course with horn > best course without horn Plus charging your horn is more fun then running in circles. 77 with stews. Have a friend carry your ess, go to the alter, get the boost you want, logout to reset the timer, log back in, drop inventory, trade friend for 28 ess, craft, pick up inventory. 85 smithing: Superheating while LRC mining > addy plates > superheating while smelting > addy plates with sc hammers This is just a guess based on your income. Addy plates would be better pure smithing exp but superheating while mining is more efficient overall. 85 firemaking: Magic logs with horn > magic logs without horn This assumes 4m/h max income. If you have higher income through staking or nexing or something then reverse this. Again BA is more fun then firemaking in my opinion. 85 crafting: Buy your battlestaffs every day and keep and offer in the GE. By the time you finish with everything else this should be done. Air battlestaffs are very cheap gp/exp and very fase exp, it just takes time to get the staffs. Edit: PM me with any questions/clarifications.

It's not for the community as a whole. There are specific forums for Pkers and clans, metagamers can have one too. They also have specific rules ect.

You see, that's the thing - by using archaic in a derogatory way you are putting yourselves above those who just want to play the game their way, which may not be the most efficient. You may have said you understand afterwards, but you still view your way as superior to theirs by calling it old and outdated. Well, I do respect people who play the game in a more modern, metagaming based way simply because I feel that they are generally more dedicated to the game. I say I understand people who play less efficiently because I get how a person could be turned off by that sort of playstyle but still just want to mess around in the game. I play some games like that (DotA) and it really pisses off pro players when I'm just goofing around with an unorthodox build but I don't care because I'm having a blast. I could choose to play with all the mainstream strategies but I find them boring so I don't. So in a way, I can sympathize with both sides here. The issue is that a lot of people on the other side are massive trolls and flamebaiters but now have a sort of moral high-ground after the actions of a few of the metagamers.

Your premise is wrong, you can pick a side without alienating the other. I have chosen to stay on Tip.It to an extent and also contribute to the new community. I can understand how people can have an archaic view about playing the game, the same way I can understand how people IRL still have archaic views about some things. (herp derp don't want to switch to more efficient light bulbs and save energy + money) I understand even if I don't necessarily approve, let each play the game to their own best. I'm not the only one. Not every non-metagaming/efficiency thinks all other as inherently any of those things. That is why so many of them are currently posting on both forums. Just play people around your combat level (100+) for fun and as long as you don't waste time between games it should be fast commendations. Summoning is much more complicated then that if you want to calculate the most efficient way to get and spend charms. This is a thread on the other forums where I discuss it more in depth with pullie, he explains it pretty well. http://grimy.freeforums.org/my-sheets-t80.html Pretty much short of doing A LOT of calculations the best thing is to look at the charm ratio for the method you plan to use. Then use those ratios of charms in the summoning planner. I suggest using one of the methods from the Vex guide to gather charms.

Some drops are already noted, the one's that are noted and worth picking up are talismans mainly. However the fremmy boots don't influence those, they are noted without them anyone can get those drops noted. The only drop that Fremmy 4 notes is the bones.

Bones and a +5% damage according to zybez. I haven't tested myself though. All of the bones the kings drop.
