I think Attack is always useful tbh, one 'build' per se that most people I encounter don't think of is high Attack and defence with Average strength

Dwarven stouts (bought in Falador) boost Mining and Smithing by 1. ;) only works for one level... I know from past experience. EDIT: any tips on F2P RC, smithing, and crafting? Heres the kicker: without spending money (tanning hides doesn't count).

I like RS for the depth, there are plenty of non combat skills for when I get bored or am having a bad day in pvp. Ive been meaning to try out EVE Online once my income picks up because it seems to combine just about all the good stuff I like with epic graphics. And as an afterthought, why is Shady even here? shouldnt he be either 1) playing WoW or 2) on a WoW fansite?

Yes, I understand that part, but I have encountered negative ping, and negative time makes no sense whatsoever

Speaking of ping, I know in general what it is in a sonar type setting, what do the ping numbers mean for my playing of the game?
