The boost last for 60 seconds, so take a dose of another boosting pot (i.e. super attack), wait until it drops a level, then immediately use your stew. When you have gotten your desired boost, make sure to log out before 60 seconds has elapsed since your boosted level dropped. As long as you keep logging out then logging back in, your stats will stay boosted. Use a timer, or see how many inventories of pots you can make before your stats drop.

The nice thing about pots like that that are worth nothing is that you don't have to worry about selling them afterwards. For instance, something like a prayer pot may be better gp/exp, but you have to sell the finished pot then buy ingredients to make a new one, which obviously will not be an option during the xp weekend. I would advise training using pots that are worth nothing when you're finished but have a decent gp/xp ration

Actually, Dragon Platebody has better stats then BCP. BCP just has some +str. I'd say OP should go for 70 prayer then spend the rest of the money on a Dragon Plate. Go for 70 prayer, but please do not buy a dragon plate. Either choose high defense and go with a barrows top or go with the strength bonus of a BCP. Degrading is so cheap it is negligible.

I'd go with a Z spear before SS. With your attack level, the extra accuracy from the spear will be much more beneficial then the strength bonus from the SS.

It's much quicker to just rummage the skeletons or killed Confused Barbarians. You get mangled bones instead of chewed, but you save a lot of time.
