The difference in defense of a mugger and a man would mean a lot more to a level 3 than a maxed player. Not really a good comparison. Also, I wasn't talking about a maxed player here, I was talking about the OP, who is mid 80s in melee stats besides 97 strength, and no extremes/turm/rapier. The difference in abyssal demons defense vs. dust devils, etc. is a bit larger to them.

Be sure to make some extremes somewhere along the way. Otherwise you'll end up spending a lot more on extra herb xp you don't need later.

Pretty much. They do have slightly better defense than most monsters though.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question, but it seems like you think your friend is intending to kill things with it. Pretty sure he means for the special though, which it's nice for. Saves brews and you don't have to actually hit something with it like SGS. Ava's is better than a skillcape IMO.

Just got a dragon staff from a clue and I'm hearing the street price is around 22m. Any ideas on the quickest way to offload it for close to street price? I have about 1m in junk atm.

Everyone has different tastes. what if there exists task A and task B I dislike task A more than task B but task B gets assigned more often than task A, and task A takes a very short time to complete. then maybe I would actually want to block task B instead. I mean it's nice advice, but it's kinda obvious and doesn't give the inquirer any new or interesting information or perspective. Maybe it's just me, but I typically procrastinate tasks I don't like. Kalphites are good xp and fast, but I usually keep pushing them back because of the lack of drops and waiting for spawns, so I keep them blocked. Although I do get your point.

Actually, you can use boosts. Just to make sure to drink/eat the boost before checking the net.

It works, but I don't know why you would want to do that. Onyx has a much higher street value than fury last I checked.

You could play FoG. At your level you should win pretty much every fight and you can buy battle robes once you become P2P again.

Switch to high detail. It's a graphic glitch on safe mode.

Abuse your champion. If that doesn't work just stay on your side and wait for them to come to you.

Erm...jellies don't drop swamp tar. Think you're thinking of cave slimes, which are hardly afkable.

It allows you to kill monsters that require an item to finish them off (gargoyles, desert lizards, etc) without actually using the item on them. You still need to have it in your inventory though.
