Use some normal and some super. You still need supers to restore prayer.

I'd suggest taking more normal restores than super restores. Only drink supers when you need to restore pray as well as stats. Much cheaper.

According to RS Wiki only dragons drop level 4s. Could be wrong, but sounds right to me.

You'd have to kill to get the clue drop in the first place though.... Aside from that, BGS will probably rise back up a bit after the hype over the new TT items dies down. Sell after that. Doesn't have too many uses anyways.

You can't boost because boosts do not work for putting essence into pouches. You can boost fishing but you need to drink/eat the boost at the end of the fishing trawler game and have your level stay high enough until it ends.

They give hunter xp and more hides if they're killed via a trap instead of combat.
