bandits are only like 40k/hour... plus you have to look up at the screen since you don't use melee pray there prayer pots are optional at zombie monkeys - either way, you only have to look up at the screen every 5 minutes or so

viewtopic.php?f=103&t=751956 requires less attention than bandits, gives more XP than armored zombies... you should get like 90-95k xp/hour there. just remember to bring an obsidian golem.

sgs is faster... plus heals your and restores pray

magic defence according to jagex is 70% your mage level 30% your def level with 99 def 80 mage your mage def is 85.7, with 99 mage 80 def your mage def is 93.3 Jagex also says void melee/range gives a 10% boost the fact is that Jagex and the KB are frequently incorrect :P
