For farming you can level to mid thirties from quests alone. Then farm herbs and trees. For greens the chaos tunnels arent in the wildy and can be over 1.5 mil an hour.

Wut? This doesn't need to be the metagame discussion board for this argument to be warrented. OP asked for the best (he even put it in all caps) weapon to use at LRC outside of chaotics. The godsword is not even close to being the best, a whip, saradomin sword, korasi's sword, zamorakian spear, dragon scimitar, and brackish blade are all superior for a fraction of the cost.

I would say that, but the Zamorak book is more than ten times as expensive. Totally not worth it since you could easily just specialise and get bandos, armadyl and zaros books for 5-6M alltogether. Zamorak book is 20M. Apart from that, the money isn't wasted as you still have a cool item with some defensive bonuses, great for outfits and indeed preaching! :) . All of those books are sub-par compared to the zammy book. And when you finally tired of having a second rate item you'll have to shell out the money for a zammy book then, and the other book will sit in your bank with the money essentially being wasted. Besides you don't need the pages for your other books if you just want the look. No need to buy the pages.

You can offer about 924 bones per tortoise (43 min) or 1289 bones an hour. From 75 to 95 is what, 8 million exp? So ~12k frost dragon bones or ~31 k dragon bones. So 24 hours of offering bones vs 9 hours of offering bones. Well worth the time saved imo. For nomad I prefer range due to the safety you can get from safespotting his 750 and multiform attacks. Bring 3:1 brew to super restores and 4:1 brew to regular restores, as prayer isn't a huge issue and it let's you bring more healing. Fill your tort with the same ratio. For range use ruby bolts(e) and diamond in your inv for when he's charging his maxlp-1 attack (if the ruby spec activates you'll be sad...). Also in your inv have a kyatt with 150 ambush scrolls. As soon as your tort is empy dismiss it and summon your kyatt and spam ambush scrolls (dismiss during the multiform or charge attacks to avoid his attacks interrupting your dismiss screen). For melee use the same strategy only use a stab weapon (z spear, korasi's+ddef or rapier+ddef), still hiding from the 750 attack. Sw cape on dag tasks if you choose to to DK's for them. Ardy cape on metal dragon tasks (especially miths). Fire cape on everything else.

Your last 5 dungeons should be C6 med and the previous 5 can be C6 small. Aim for getting your times down to below 20 minutes on your mediums and below 9 minutes on your smalls. Join dung_smith and have them smith you a gorg 2h, maul should only be bound if your str lvl is 20 above your attack level. As soon as you hit 50 dg go back to dung_smith for your highest lvl platebody. I'd recommend soloing to 70 to work on practicing strategic gating, prayer/food conservation etc, as well as opening up floors 30-35. Those are the first 5 floors it becomes easy to find teams for. You shouldn't be dieing on bosses. Look up their weaknesses, learn to pray flash if you need to conserve prayer, and work on conserving food by avoiding damage. Edit Ninja'd

Or you could get your rapier, power through to 99 slayer for enough charms for at least 95 sum (if your task list is set up right) and then dg for a maul and camp wfs at the chaos tunnels with your iron titan for your last 4 levels.

Deflector is around 1.5 hours I think. Rank 300 ma is like 30 hours...but you will get enough reward points from that to imbue them all.

Suiciding for MA. Either get a friend to suicide ranks for Conquest for you and then return the favor after you've bought the delfector, or pay someone in W144. You don't need the rank 1250 to equip it, just to buy it. So you can lose your rank for your friend after its purchased.

But its silly to not take into account all the runs you'll be able to do total when realistically you arent going to stop doing herb runs ever because the cash is so nice. 70-72 hunter if he gets only one ugene seed will net him almost 3.5 mil extra across all the farming runs he does from the juju's he gets from that one seed. I'm not sure what you're trying to argue here... It's silly to take into account all the runs from that 1 seed. You pretend that you won't have another seed while the potions from the first seed are in your bank :rolleyes:. No I don't, what I'm saying is that after you're done leveling hunter (99) if you started at 70 you will have 32 more doses of farming juju than if you started at 71 or 72, which will get you another 3.5 mil worth of herbs.

Whip on controlled is in no way superior. Its less hours to max melee by training str to 99 first and then attack and defense subsequently after. Whip on controlled is worse than dscim+ddef to 99 str and then whip to 99 att/def. And obviously if he has a rapier it would be better.

The link I posted shows the cls is more accurate. In the best situations the cls is less than 2% better than the rapier which is not definitive at all, doesn't take into account overkill hits, and only includes graar. When you factor in the fastor minion kills and therefore better soul split healing (while they're dead they arent damaging you and you get to save prayer) the rapier is better. Saying the cls wins 9/10 based off of personal observation (aka he thinks its that and has never actually tested it so he pulled the figure out of his ass) is just silly and has no place in H&A from a fun or an efficiency standpoint. The minion kills are slightly faster yes, can be quite drastic if cls decides to hit low multiple times, but it will give you faster boss kills and thats generally when you take the most damage. As for saving prayer you generally get enough res drops to cover that, as well as the altar every 10 minutes. The reason I am favouring cls in this situation is because if someone is attempting to crash you and you have similar gear/stats, both using claws etc then you will still be able to get the boss kill 9/10. Although you will probably only get 1-2 minion kills. I have tested this a few times when people have tried to crash me, and failed so no I did not pull it out of my ass (that doesn't seem very fun tbh :o) and finally if you want to see bigger hits, go the cls. Theres your fun standpoint. Quit using the line about it being painful to pull this info out of your ass. It wasn't funny the first time. The fact is the 9/10 is blatant misinformation. Many many people have checked cls vs rapier with maxed stats on these forums with actual tests and shown that in every case they are equal at worst and the rapier wins at best. Continue to post incorrect data on this subject and your posts will be reported for the moderators to deal with.

SS is the best str training in game bar the crapier, and the best waterfiends weapon bar the cmaul. Zspear is beaten for stab weak creatures by korasi's and crapier, crush by the ss and the cmaul. The only place you need a z spear is corp. korasi + ddef Is worse than saradomin sword for str training. I want to throttle whomever started that stupid rumor *glares at rswiki*
