I'm not sure why it shows different options - the two images are from two different accounts, right? Is there some reason you owe Jagex that much money? Anyway I would recommend contacting billing support and they're usually helpful in resolving these sorts of issues promptly. Click here, login, and describe the problem to them briefly and hopefully they will get back to you soon.

Haha actually I can confirm that it does drop, I looked into it and killed a bunch of ghosts. 2.5x is crazy, I can afford 99 prayer now o.O How many ghosts did you kill, out of curiosity? My friend was at it for hours and managed a couple pieces of Ghost Hunter armour but I think he gave up on the ability.

So what I can conclude from your post above is that you don't seem to be free at 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm, or 11pm...what time would you, personally, like for Snowverload? If we naively assume that Jagex wanted this to be an occasional thing for fun and not farmed for daily rewards, surely you can make time for a short break one day out of two-three weeks? And if not, it's not like you're missing out on any unique rewards, just xp lamp(s), or am I mistaken?

Sometimes my sound stops working and I slide the top two sliders under the Audio Settings (Music, Sound Effects) all the way up and down a few times. That usually holds it for a while at least...

As Kaur suggested, right click the cog on your action bar and choose revolution, and it will auto-fire off basic abilities that you have set up in the first so many slots, outlined in yellow. You will still have to fire off Threshold/Ultimates on your own by clicking them or assigning them to hotkeys and pressing them.
