Realizing I wouldn't be needing my air talismans or blank tiaras anymore, nor a full bank, I sold off the ~400 in my bank. I put the talismans in for 1gp and they sold off for a total of 1800gp (about 4.5gp each). I think a part of me just died.

I don't mean to rain on the parade here, but between the nerf and the un-nerf, my XP rate actually increased. I believe the nerf was implemented due to the fact that nodes spawning everywhere looked ridiculous, not because they realized the XP was too high. For if it were the latter, where are they now? Nodes being everywhere and xp being higher go hand in hand, to suggest otherwise is kinda of ludicrous. It's common sense that as highest xp comes from nodes when you have like 5 of the best nodes on a single island pretty much permanently it is creating higher xp. It most certainly lowered xp rates as whilst there are still good nodes to go too 80% of the time you actually do have to move between locations (even in a small radius) to get to them. Yes, but they (seem to) last longer now.

I just realized fleshy growths require only 20 runecrafting-that's a bit low for the best f2p xp in the whole activity all of RuneScape. I think you would be getting one level a minute at that pace. (Although I'm not sure how many spawn on the first floor and the second floor requires level 33.)

So I can skip spinning this weekend in favor of something more desirable afterwards?

I have last logged in 12 days ago on an account, and it has only one daily spin. I can also confirm missing a day sometime prior to that point and not being credited with an extra spin. Unfortunately my memory is insufficient to provide further details.

I don't have a Mac and mine is still 7-10fps on max. Can I get some sympathy then? :rolleyes: Are you playing in safe mode? I'm not sure how to check that. It says in the settings that it is using "Software." If I switch to DirectX or OpenGL, everything looks fuzzy, FPS plunges, and it lags like crazy.

You realize that half of RuneScape will be walking around with those cosmetic items if they are indeed occupying the common slots on the wheel?

Just leave by any method and they are automatically cashed in (even home teleport).

I got teleported away for pinball and they all disappeared, and the message about converting them into points by leaving had appeared. It was a few minutes before my post.

Note: Runes are automatically converted into points if you get a random event.

I can seem to get about 30fps on min, and 10fps on max, and they seem to hold steady rather than dropping every time I move around.

So Jagex has taken a low key approach to bots this time, just as they tell their players with report abuse. Hmm. Meanwhile my fps seems to be up to 30 in a completely empty world and around 15 in world 1. That's a slight improvement over about 20/10 before. But I do get 50 fps in the lobby.

I have made some revisions to what I have said earlier. I hope no one will be too disappointed.

Starting with a supply of essence and using around 2500 of them (note that one can click to obtain 25 free essence instantly, due to the abundance of "floating essence,"), and siphoning random nodes above mind, and mostly avoiding fleshies (I suspect these are lower due to their high failure rate, I achieved: 70k runecrafting xp in one hour on F2P. I have to go pick up my jaw now. Be right back.

Fine. I'll give you 98 gp. I think I clicked discard out of spite whenever I received such a low reward, so I'm not sure.

Sorry to distract from the topic, but, do you use the kits on the dragon armor to trim it? And does this mean you can *eyes widen* trim armor?

In regard to 7, note there is a rune start pack for 22 points, but it contains only elemental runes (at least on f2p). And since you don't need more than 5 runes, why would you want to store them? :S

I think that puts you in the top 1%.
