Sorry I'm not really sure why it's doing that. I don't know if it'll help and I don't have any other ideas at the moment, but maybe submit a bug report describing the problem?

I wrote back and complained in rather strong terms, and was then told most of the people they took had 5-10 more years of work experience...even though their application encouraged people at my level to apply. It does say something when that's the best argument the program director can put forward though. Guess I'll keep looking elsewhere.

I still haven't heard anything about that internship. They've missed their self-imposed deadlines 3 times now. I wonder if I should contact them, though I have nothing to lose by waiting and perhaps some of the other candidates will end up accepting other offers if it drags on even longer...

It looks like you have the guidance feature for one of the achievements turned on. Try going to Hero -> Achievements and on the right (under "Achievement Paths") see if one is lit up. If so then click it to turn it off.

Had the interview, at least it wasn't *too* technical. Mostly chat about research and working in a team. So hopefully it went alright...

Unfortunately this is probably due to an outdated (or nonexistent) graphics card. You can run it in compatibility mode to garner greater stability, but performance will take a hit.

I wouldn't say it's all that unusual, looks like they take keywords/phrases from here and there to try and push up traffic. Sort of like how people would put a ten page list of tags for some Youtube videos to hit higher in search results...probably more sites like it floating around in the ether.

It's the frontier lab summer thing, looks like mainly coding/computing out in Silicon Valley. Also, it's an HR person doing the interviews. Sorry to hear about your friend and all, that's terrible to hear.

So apparently NASA has a summer program with a bunch of companies and they invited me to interview...curious what they'll ask in a short time though, I guess mostly personality questions?

Alright well got it installed and working which did exceed my expectations of myself, thanks for the tips. It does seem your code is referencing other libraries or stuff that I don't have set up on there so...maybe in the future I'll see if still works.

Need a little favor guys and I think you are probably the right crowd: What's the best (or best combination) of free resources to teach myself Python? And reasonably, how long would it take to be functionally literate, so to speak, in it? I have no experience with it, a little with Matlab if that helps but no formal training. I.e. is a couple hours a day over a few months enough?Or is there something else I'm better off learning?

These are actually used with Slayer masks (i.e., mask of the dagannoth) and resets them so they confer certain benefits again. When you first get the mask (from TH, or elsewhere) it doubles every 10th drop or so, does extra damage, etc. for the first so many kills, but not subsequently. The spirits of battle resets that counter so you get the benefits once more. It doesn't allow you to reset your Slayer assignment or anything.

I think the problem is you need a free inventory space. The game sees your inventory as full and thus prevents you from making the products. (It's not smart enough to realize that in one step you will actually save an inventory space.) So try banking one of the steel bars, for example, and it should work then. Let me know if that helps.
