I think that the private messages you are receiving are more interesting than the fire red hair and nice summoning level.

list of tasks to cannon everytime
Mithril Dragons have a decent effigy drop rate, drop chewed bones which are always fun to burn for that possible DFH, also drop pages for a trimmed comp cape, and actually require some concentration if you want to go in there without food. You most likely hate them because of your prayer, dungeoneering, herblore, and summoning levels. You don't have access to antifires, so you need to bring shield, which immediately makes them suck. Not to mention no turmoil, extremes, overloads, rapier, or BoB/unicorn.

Range training for a newb.
You don't have to complete Fremenik Isles to kill yaks, but I presume you need to at least have the requirements to start the quest.

list of tasks to cannon everytime
Terror dogs are nice because they are such a fast task. And yeah, that is where everyone kills terror dogs. I'm not sure if there are any other rooms in Tarn's lair that has them. Fire giants drop too many golds. Nechs are ok to kill in the Chaos Tunnels if you want to chin them. Greater demons are some of the fastest slayer experience. Ther are amazing to cannon in the wildy if you don't mind risking. Abyssals are nice for some low key slayer. Wyverns really suck unless you have good gear. I really just hate these because of the stupid click area and dumb freezing attacks.

Few Questions about 99s and QPC
Summoning is a great 99 to have along with herblore since you'll have plenty of overloads. It's not really a loss of money since you'll want to have a nice stock anyway. Other than that, most skills are nice to have 90+ for DG. Personally, I'm heavily biased towards 90s cape so I would encourage you to work on that. 90s cape > any trimmed skillcape by a long shot.

Herblore Habitat
Welcome to the Forums! You can introduce yourself here if you want. --------- You are looking for Juju gumbo. This, along with the Baron shark, heals an extra 10 lp per second for 10 seconds resulting in healing 320 and 300 LP, respectively. The shark can be increased to 350 (and has a small chance to increase to 370) if you are wearing a shark tooth necklace, but I don't think it's all that easy to get one.The gumbo is easier to produce since you don't need to go fishing sharks for it (which is slow, terrible experience). All in all, they really aren't worth it for the above and the jadinkos to be trapped aren't very good experience compared to some of the others.

The other guy was being polite about it. You are lucky he didn't start getting angry at you, because frankly, it is very frustrating having low levels play on a high population world where they can't even utilize the faster spawns. I normally hop worlds when I'm slaying, but if I see a noob come on my world and steal my fast spawns, you best believe it's not going to end pretty. 99 x2 and a bit.

Blood Blitz on Vanstrom
Not sure. Vanstrom attacks with magic, so his magic defense is probably pretty good. If you haven't already, you should read a good guide on killing him with blisterwood weapons. If you don't want to waste brews, go in and cast 20 or so spells and see how they hit.

MTK Help
This is wrong. Having it 100% when you collect does not give you max efficiency. The resources are gathered each day based on approval rating for THAT DAY and what you collect is the sum of all days that they gathered on. This is a common misconception that I actually just recently learned about. It is collected everyday, so it would be best to bring it to 100% everyday, but you won't notice much of a difference as long as you don't let it drop below 90-95%.

HELP! Runescape Not Working On My Computer!
As for the triple post, that's fine; the forums are running a bit slow at the moment, so that's probably part of the reason. Also, you can edit your posts so that you don't have 2 posts of yours 2 minutes apart. :)

Advice for what to buy
Use the extra money to invest in farming so that you can make more money. You should buy berserker ring as well and some pots and cannonballs for fighting.

Dungeoneering equipment question
Ideally you'd want 99 slayer, or the ability to pot to 99. But if you aren't playing with other high level slayers, then it doesn't really matter.

Need help with armour
OP is 96 herb, so he would use super antifire potions with dragon defender.

Which auras to get?
To add in my 2 cents: JoAT is a great idea for the skills you hate. Don't bother with greenfingers unless you will be farming herbs worth over 10k A LOT.

Living Rock Caverns or Lava Flow Mine
Unless you get pretty lucky with ore deposits and don't have to run back and forth, 100k xp/hr would be quite difficult at your level. Unless you want to afk, don't bank the ores, but rather superheat the bars and drop them alch the ores directly just drop the ores It's a fair amount of clicking especially if you are dropping. There isn't much of a window if you want to drop the ores without losing ticks.

new calculator
Hey Phyco, welcome to the forums! If you want to introduce yourself, you can do so here. Now, what exactly do you mean by urn calculator? Do you want to know how much xp each tier gives or how many items need to be obtained before it is full?

Flip merching severerly limited
Just a quick note: If you want to link to a thread on the RSOF, you can use [qfc]quick find code numbers[/qfc] It makes everyone more likely to click on your link, because we lazy humans don't like to open up the forums and copy paste the QFC. :P Take advantage of people that don't know about this while you can. I've snagged some nice deals from sellers on the GE.

The Benefits of D.I.Y.?
To buy items from NPC-owned shops. More specifically, you need to buy spirit shards for summoning and to pay sawmill to turn logs into planks. That and you could also buy battlestaves and broad arrow heads, which can pretty much only be found by buying from shops if you are DIY; neither can be made.

11-April-2012 - Dungeoneering and Shop Improvements
Well if the experience from skilling in DG hasn't been nerfed, then doing c2 has just become much nicer. I may just do c3 and get some nice mining xp on the way to 99 fish. Interface:
