I already answered your question about gatherer ring, I'm not sure about shades since I haven't been following DG meta-game, and those players are wagons because they are uselessly skilling in a dungeon. There's no need to summon a BoB or fish for food. If you (universally speaking here) are doing this, then you will be laughed at and most likely kicked from the party. It's faster experience to just rush the floors.

Good luck finding someone with that amount of knowledge. I most definitely am nowhere knowing that much; I've NEVER done any bosses before, so that's a big chunk of H&A right there.

Yeah, I did 40 minute trips to CT with 90 melee stats and iron titan. Had higher magic and overloads, so that helped a bit. I was in black d'hide with zspear actually, so you should be much better in elite void with gloves.

Well, your main ring class should be berserker unless you are some type of pure. If you had a hex, you would have desperado as your secondary. If you had a surgebox bound in your ammo slot, you would have blazer/blitzer as your secondary. With a law runes bind, you are only using one attack style, so having a skilling ring as secondary is nice for the quick skilling that might come along or to reduce damage from those long puzzle rooms. Generally, you'll only make bloodragers (ore based), since they have an awesome def lowering spec and ore is easy to come by. I'm not really "familiar" with the DG meta game anymore since I haven't really trained the skill hardcore in about half a year. I'm not sure when (if at all anymore) another combat familiar would be better.

Have you considered applying to some of the Dung clans? There are a few teaching clans out there if you are willing to learn. That is a really good idea about tiered slayer monsters. Would be a nice little surprise (and a better reason to train slayer for DG) if they had a chance of dropping prayer potions and the like.
