  1. Seriously? Why in the world would you need to farm 28,600 seeds and mine for 489 hours, 40 minutes?
  2. Only played 8 hours because of the stupid MANDATORY volunteer work I have to do for my major, so I only did 998k mining experience. 11th for the weekend, so meh.
  3. I'll pay more than Quyneax. I really like that outfit.
  4. according to the spreadsheet I was told about you need to have remote farming to really make torstols profitable, or snapdragons are better profit wise. Because when a torstol seed dies you lose a lot of your profits. Also with torstol farming for best profits you need to know when to sell. As usual atm the herbs are starting to crash because bxpw is over, so snapdragons might be good or you can buy bulk torstols for this reason. Actually, assuming you can buy everything at med, torstols currently win out by 25k more per run than snaps. It's usually a toss up between the two profit wise. What spreadsheet are you looking at? That being said, I agree in that snapdragons would be better unless you know when to buy/sell the torstols. It's a risky business, but the experience is awesome. Greenfingers also has a bigger effect on torstols, since the herbs are worth more. But yea, it sucks when you lose 1m on a herb run.
  5. To second what Tripsis said, buying a few dailies is also a good idea. More info here.
  6. Added to first page.
  7. At least 500 recover specials and super antifires.
  8. 89 herblore for sure. 80 prayer would really only be useful for restoring more prayer points per dose, which really is not all that useful. You should be staying on normal prayers until at least 92, probably 95* *Unless you need to use augury/rigour..but you can't so that point's moot.
  9. Hey, welcome to the Forums! Good luck getting into T.F.S.
  10. Eeeep! Also, what is that outfit that you are always wearing?

I would assume 4 hours after the last item is sold, but knowing Jagex......
  12. As Kim said, hunter is the only way to get juju potions. If you are a DIY'er, you can also get chins (for ranging) and grenwall spikes (good money + 2nd for ext range). Also, construction is needed if you want to do herblore habitat without having to pay a fortune or need a gilded altar. Houses have plenty of uses, but sadly most 80+ level req's have niche uses. Still a useful skill, imo.

With t1 greenfingers, you are looking at an extra herb per run.
  14. This gives up-to date profits on some of the better dailies, while this is a pretty in-depth guide. Not sure how up to date the latter is, though.
  15. Well frankly, I kind of agree with 999. One can always make more money and skill more, but cosmetics that are rare are "worth more", even if they are intrinsically (?) worthless. Then again, I have a fairly decent bank and will max sometime this year, so I'm a bit biased. :P Still, even as a noob, the 10m will be a godsend.

Well, dungeoneering is a lot to take in. If you have any questions about training it, best binds, or anything else, go ahead and ask.
  17. This, and work on getting rapier. If you want total levels, you should train slayer instead of pvming for cash. If you need money herb farming + dailies + some form of merching is the way to go.
  18. Lord Paul replied to Zatochii's topic in Help and Advice
Yes it is profitable, but not really that great of an option. Most people find it funner than other "bosses" so take that into consideration. You also might want to look into frost dragons once you hit 85 DG.
  19. You don't need to (and in most instances shouldn't) make super pots and then turn them into extremes. Just choose a mixture of speed and loss that you are comfortable with. Since it changes daily, it's difficult to say especially since you aren't in a hurry.
  20. How exactly would this be trained and would it increase combat levels?
  21. Well, until you reach the level for untradeable potions, you would be better off making the best gp/xp potion. You'll also want at least 500 special recovers and super antifires as well. To make that many overloads is very, very expensive. At today's prices you are looking at 335m, and that doesn't even include the price to get to that level. I would work on getting at least 84 herblore before the next BXP, and then work on getting 99.
  22. Haha, do I win? Disorder | Rating Paranoid: Low Schizoid: Low Schizotypal: Moderate Antisocial: Moderate Borderline: Low Histrionic: High Narcissistic: Moderate Avoidant: Low Dependent: Low Obsessive-Compulsive: Moderate
  23. Eh, the mining suit isn't really worth the time it takes to get it. However, since it can be afked, it's sure worth it if you are going to do it while doing homework. Better to afk LFM rather than log out and do nothig. Also, 700th post. :)
  24. If you are looking for fast floors and really want to learn how to be a better dunger, then go with DGS. Otherwise, EoE is pretty good, although I don't think they are primarily a DG clan.
