New Quest Area on RS?
A few millennia. Off the top of my head: Robert the Strong was a dragonkin slayer in the 2nd age. Dragonkin seem to of vanished around the 3rd age (based on current lore) As 4th and 5th age lore shows people have no idea who the frig they are. And i think tht dragon guy in RFD said the elder dragons went away in 3rd age and elder dragons are assumed to be dragonkin as they amde the dragons to defend themselves. Though alway's worth noting examines are supposed to be our characters observations/thoughts of something. Not necessarily historically accurate.

New Quest Area on RS?
I'm guessing dragonkin. Stone prison tht place we've seen them. The mural fits too. thou dragonkin returning seems tied to stone of jas and thus rotm Maybe we have to free the dragonkin from their prison hidden within the city to stop lucien.

How easy is it to be hacked
At this stage even with bad broken English aside I find myself concluding that the OP is either really really stupid, so stupid in-fact he think he is in fact smart and is blind to his own stupidity, naivety and gullibility OR this is a troll thread.

How easy is it to be hacked
If he could hack you easily he would not try and blackmail money out of you first. He'd just straight up hack you and take what he pleased. Also there's no such thing as simply "getting passed" a bank pin: you either get the pin via brute force (if its stupidly obvious), acquire it via advanced keylogger type infections or wait the 3/7 days for it to clear. And all the tech savvy in the world won't save you from being hacked by brute force if you use a stupidly simple password (the number of times you read data logs that are published from hackings and a good 50% of people just have things like "password123" and/or an easily guessable password. You're pet's name follwoed by your year of birth and then you lovers name may seem like a super epic password, but it's not. All 3 pieces of information are quite easy to obtain in this day and age for anyone remotely close to you and in brute force hacking such basic combinations are top of the list to try out.

Completionist Cape
Yeah mini-quests are exactly what the name says a miniature quest. Champions challenges are not in anyway a quest, just an activity; though as pointed out above you need to fight at least 1 champion to unlock the song in the arena, which is required for non-trimmed cape.

14-Jun-2011 - Troll Invasion
Seems his ranged attack is more "dangerous" in ahrd as the 3 rocks bounce in to the centre (eg where u were when he fired) opposed to just landing in the triangle as they do on easy

14-Jun-2011 - Troll Invasion
Yeah cliff is rather easy. He has a ranged attack (throwing 3 rocks); but it matches the ranger trolls big rock throw so dodge the rocks = no damage and if your in melee range they land in a triangle around you without hitting. His mage attack that actually does damage seems very rare, he only used it on me once where he double stunned me so I was out of melee range for agggggggeeees and I had mage prayer on anyway. His melee attack is shcokingly inaccurate, took maybe 400 damage for the whole fight from it and I'm hardly a pro combat person (torags and whip with dfs and netiz)

Future Update Discussions
In that case, how are you able to see all the players at the ge on world 2? I can only see a small portion at a time depending on my location. Yeah it doesn't happen in a HUUUUUUUGE amount of locations, I've only ever got it ge world 2, holiday events right after launch and soulwars waiting area and even then sometimes you only spot it on the mini-map and not on your game screen; places where you very literally have like 300+ players crammed in to one area, if not closer to 1000. But the point still exists: The game DOES have a limiting factor on how many players you can view to avoid server overload. So extra zoom options aren't going to cause extra server load, it would just mean you have unloaded players lurking around the edge of the view area more often than you do on standard zooms.

crystal saw
You can change them around however. The singing bowl in brimstal's cave makes the tiny crystal seed become chimes/revert to seed. The one under gnome village causes it to become a saw/revert to seed. You can never have both at once, but still when would you ever need chimes AND the saw for 1 task? lol

Future Update Discussions
Clearly you've never really gotten it to click with you, much less tried it. (You didn't actually try it, did you.) What you're describing only happens at ridiculously high numbers, like 20000 ortho. Playing at certain settings of ortho or zoom mode gives off either a Runescape classic/Diablo/Ultima vibe or an action-adventure 3rd person game. It's like you're actually playing an RPG. The chances of Jagex releasing it is, of course, close to null. Except maybe ortho, for handheld devices. So what if it "only happens at ridiculously high numbers" it is still perfectly true that it shouldn't cause any extra or excess server load as the map load region and number of players the game will display to you IS limited. If you go somewhere where you are already getting that halo effect as it's soo busy you could zoom out all you like you're still only gonna see that small halo of people.

Mobilising Armies
To try and simplify things for you: You use items to buy INVESTMENT credits. Investment credits are used for buying units, resupply units and invest in matches. Surviving for at least 4 minutes in a match earns you RANKS. Ranks decide which level of rewards you have access to buy and NEVER get drained or lowered. Surviving for at least 4 minutes in a match you INVESTED in earns REWARD credits. Reward credits are used to purchase rewards.

Future Update Discussions
Tried it, it was fun. I see NO reason why they dont allow it. It's pretty easy to imagine that some of those weird camera angles people posted pics of would cause more server load. Since the number of players per server is already limited due to load issues, what do you think would happen if dozens of people tried doing this in the GE on world 2, for example? Maybe they'll be able to release a safer subset in the future, but just because it's programmed in there doesn't mean it's safe for general use. Zoom wouldn't make a difference. For once thing there is a player load radius, people too far away aren't loaded, if u zoom far out it doesnt change it just means people will randomly disappear. For another there's a limit on players loaded, which is why at ge and other very busy places you kind of get a halo of emptyness round the edge on the mini-map/screen and the halo shifts with you.

Denied by FEMA for "Insufficient Damage"
At least the part about their house not being unsafe to live in is true; since the houses lack of existence means it can't fall down on them.

Clue Reward Page statement Redundancy
I'd say that whole intro needs more of a rewrite: Treasure trails offer a wide variety of rewards including many unique treasure trail only items. Higher level clue scrolls generally give more valuable reward items and each treasure trail is guaranteed to give at least one of the unique reward items listed below, along with a variety of other items including most bronze - rune items, dragon hide armours, bows, flatpack construction items, logs, ores, runes and much more! The global rewards can be obtained from any difficulty level of clue scroll, while the others can only be obtained from their specified level. All these unique items can be traded however the majority are members only items, with the exceptions of trimmed and gold trimmed metal armours (black, adamant and rune), ranged armours (leather and dragonhide in green and blue) and wizards robes, plus the god trimmed (Saradomin, Guthix and Zamorak only) rune armour and dragonhide armour. Fixes the grammar a lot, kills off un-needed references to god pages and inaccuracy/"some" rewards as the page does list them all. Also better clarifies what exactly IS f2p items etc.

BOTS out of control!
That is the problem in a nut shell. Bots are so advanced that its very difficult for a computer algorithm to differentiate them from a normal player without a couple of months worth of data (start to see click patterns repeating etc), despite the fact a human can fairly easily tell the difference. And quite frankly you can't hire a mass of people just to bot ban, it'd be a ridiculous job that very few would want and it'd drain resources; the better route is chasing down the bot creators and sueing them and getting the sites shut down, which jagex does have some success in doing. Of course the issue is given a month or two and the loose e-law's of certain countries bot makers can easily comeback AND the bots can remain out there virally on various sites without their original source.

Is there a summoning boost?
Yeah I did very clearly say no BASE LEVEL boosters. All the prayer boosters are either equipment bonus that slows drain rate OR prayer points that, in some cases, take you beyond max; but nothing that actually boosts the base level and thus allows you to use higher level items.
-
Is there a summoning boost?
Tbf I doubt there ever will be a summoning boost, since summoning works like prayer. 8 lvls to 1 cmb, drains through use etc and we don;t have any prayer boosts (in the sense of base stat boosters)

DirectX Issues
Thinking about it I don't think there is really a way to uninstall directx, and doing so would cause more issues that it may solve. You can make sure it is up-to-date though: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=35 That is the latest updater for direct x

Haven't played since skill capes came out
Skillcapes came out october 06, so jan 07 is roughly when you quit. So more like 4 approaching 5 years gap. In which case, especially with those stats and bank I'd take the approach of you are a complete noob and know pretty much nothing about the game and just explore and get back into the flow of things and then come back and ask specific questions.

stuck in mep2
Tip.its guide is one of the better ones, especially if you use the special map it links too that shows exactly where the beam of light should be going; even if I do say so myself. But yeah its a sod of a puzzle to explain in words alone, so if the map doesn't provide enough help a video guide is a god send.

Mobilising Armies
Well you have to earn reward credits if you need them. But assuming you suicide and invest maximum in each game by the time you get to rank 300 you should have about enough to imbue zerker, archer, seer, onyx + buy all 5 outfits + buy best quest kit and locator

Yeah I meant directx. divx update popped up as I was typing that last reply so got my d---x's muddled
