    wrong if they perm banned and delete the account you could pick that name agian aand you wouldnt be able to get into the message center, which you can so they do it for the higher lvl chara that get banned i was 101 the banned me a took me off the high scores ~Bmms

    A noob is an annoying or ignorant player and is possible to be it at all lvls. A newb is some new player to the game. So I think u should say: so newb goes with who started play before who pretty much ok smart*** there the same newbie,noob,newb, etc there all the same ~bmms

    a noob can be anyone, say someone who been playign since begining of rs (classic) can call a lvl 100 noob if he start after him so noob goes with who started play before who pretty much ~bmms

    i pay about 3 a day or so, been playing 5years in aug, so lets say i spent at least 4000hours playing i lost account for a few months, quit for a few months, then got banned now with my new chara i play alot more then before it much more fun now id like to thanks jagex for baning me making the game more fun:) ~Bmms

    you best bet to look at what the error says and then head over to ElderScrolls.com, they will be able to help you more then here can, so im recommend going there and looking in tech support im sure you can fix your problem if you go there ~Bmms
