  1. "every novice quest released over the last few years has forgone them, while the grandmaster quests released alongside them have not used the skills they required. Put simply, we've reached the point where they're utterly meaningless." Or maybe it's a problem with the quest not making use of the level requirements and not a problem with skill requirements... The only reason why they're meaningless is because the requirements aren't used in the quests. If you make the requirements used in the quests, they aren't meaningless anymore. The *concept* of skill requirements for quests isn't meaningless. It's not a problem with that mechanic. It's a problem with the quests themselves.
  2. Going to do an entire Greaters task at kril?
  3. Or during the several years right before EoC where people kept complaining on forums asking for a PJ timer and Jagex never delivering.
  4. Your character visually doesn't move, but it actually moves server-side if you click away.
  5. It's just that you already had dual drygores and dual asc so the only one you would really need is staff
  6. I will murder everything you love What if I loved your entire family <¤>¿<¤>
  7. GG all the people who never got Silverhawks, I own 2 pairs now.
  8. 10M enters the game through alching much faster by alching than from people converting lucky items they get from TH. It's like the whole "durr lv 75 2h is better than dual wield lv 90 in legacy thing" Converting Lucky stuff to 10M is a big chunk at once. But it's also much slower.
  9. Didn't think of screenying on the floor, but double abby wand, too bad they're only like 3.5m now Nice task
  10. RSC has a way outdated applet and they never renewed the signature on it or something, and default Java security settings blocks those kinds of apps.
  11. I love the mining
  12. 俺は鉱業が大好きだよ
  13. I had that problem on a fresh factory reset of Windows 7 on which I had *just* installed Java from the offline installer just today. Coincidentally, Orion client was the only thing that worked fine; it's also the only thing that *requires* Java to be installed in order to work out of all the RS stuff that didn't work right. And doing what you did just doesn't fix it anyway.
  14. I'm having the exact same problems. Orion loads just fine for OSRS, except world select pretty much never works.
  15. New lobby is pretty cool except the RS Wiki button doesn't even work properly
  16. I think they look just fine.
  17. RS downloadable client doesn't care about what version of Java you have installed (or if you even have it installed at all), not sure why that would prevent the RS Client from working O_o
  18. Turning to?
  19. I've installed Lord of the Rings Online, and now I'm slowly but surely going through my folder of RuneScape midi soundtrack, converting the ones I like to .abc so that I can play them with instruments in-game I've been sitting on the same side of the same road for like at least an hour and this guy just keeps passing by on his horse, and every time he just sees me playing random music on the side of the road. I do wish music mode supported a wider range of pitches, though.
  20. What was the other guy's reaction when he saw the notification saying you got B Ring?
