Its taking quite a while to patch up... WoW folder is at 20.5gb atm whereas the beta is at 25.5gb. Gahh!!! Hurry up I want to make my goblin xD To above poster: I would personally wait untill Cataclysm, unless you haven't seen any of the old world. If you're a new player starting from scratch (Or trial account) I'd say go for it, experience the old world while you can, if you are an ex-wow player comming back from a break, I'd wait till cataclysm hits, everything will be new and hopefully more exciting. Also a lot of game mechanics are going to be changing (Aparently).

...? 13GB Cata + 13ish GB we have now, or is it reinstalling everything? The game installed in a seperate folder from the world of warcraft folder, so I don't really know XD

Wrong. It only damages the disk if you move it to vertical position whilst the disk is in the system... Screws up the allignment.

Theres quite a lot of places to hide inside and snipe out of windows, which is why I didn't really like it at first... campers are everywhere...

Didn't think much of it to be honest. Fuel was a bit chaotic with the fact you have to look literally everywhere or you're [bleep]ed. I enjoyed Trailer park... Carnival seems like a laugh, haven't had many games on it yet. Vacant and strike.. well.. not much to comment there, was a huge fan of vacant, hated strike, still the same views. :thumbup: edit: To be honest I felt both map packs were a bit of a waste. I still think the best maps were the CoD4 Originals.

How can it be more broke on the PC than the xbox if they're exactly the same. All I'm saying is from my personal experience... there is a lot more 10th prestige hacks, little preteen [bleep]s, and just general idiots on xbox compared to PC. I also find the controls on PC are better. Hackers are very rare in my experience so yea.. Also £10 less for virtually the same experience, if not better... That's why I prefer PC.

Lol? I played MW2 on PC over that free Steam weekend. The first time I pressed to join a game I was put into a hacked Rust lobby, got a kill, and was instantly Level 70. On my first kill. Thats how broken the game is on PC. I mean you still get hacks a bit on 360, but PC is just 100x worse for this game, IW have proven they don't give a [cabbage] about the PC version of MW2. Wierd... with 76 hours played I've only ever been in 1 insta-level 70 lobby... Theres only 1 main fault with the PC, The lack of dedicated servers, and the fact it runs through steam. Ever since steam got its update its the biggest resource hog ever, causing CoD to slow down to a halt for 10-20 seconds before resuming normally again. Count the one whine PC gamers have (Lack of dedicated servers) to the console community which whine about just about everything. Also I played on Mw2 on xbox for about 30 mins the other day... I had about 5 messages from 10 Year olds telling me to come join their 10th prestige lobby, Don't get that on pc.

I sold MW2 on xbox a while ago because I had it on PC and I thought I made a mistake. I picked it up from game for about £25 (And CoD4:GotY Edition for £10) because I thought people were heavily over exaggerating the problem... Turns out they weren't. PC is the way forward. Much less MLC, Noobtube, but more G18, which I don't find as annoying personally. I just have so much more fun playing on the PC on my own then I do playing on xbox with friends =/ Might try out cod4 again.

Entered a hacked server today.. was pretty funny. Scoutz+Knifez on highrise with no gravity and instant level 70... fun times. So yea... I just started my frist prestige :D

Anyone tried the Raffikas(sp?) with akimbo OR RDS? Absolutely Beastly. So much better than the G18s imo.

So tempted to preorder this except the only place that does it with the beta key is Game, and they don't do the collectors edition :< Toss up between SC2 or HoN, I can't choose! :< EDIT: Looks like more retailers have been added, although on all the descriptions, it doesn't say anything about the beta invite. =/

A lot has happened since my last post :D I dinged 80 on my elemental shammy, currently gearing up, got 4/5 T9 and some other welfare purples. Ran ToC with my (Casual) guild which was pretty fun. It's a shame I'm not really going to see ulduar/naxx/os/eoe... Hopefully I should be geared up for ICC pretty soon, that should be fun :D
