Is shipping still like twice the price of the item? I remember buying the 150th quest hoodie and the shipping to the US was almost as much as the hoodie itself. Outrageous.

This isn't a "ban me" thread. A "ban me thread" is a thread someone starts with the full intention of getting banned from the forums, and taking as many people with them as possible (where I come from, posting in a ban-me is always punished with a permanent ban from the administrators).

We learned how to bind runes. Couldn't we already do that? and not only that but there was already an explanation? It was probably supposed to be like that Mahjarrat quest that came out late last year that didn't do much to further the story, but gave a lot of introduction material as to who the mahjarrat were and what was going on. Yes, it's late in the game, but it serves as something of an introduction quest for players who do the mahjarrat series in the future to do.

It'd be nice if Jagex would start IP banning those who make GE merchanters, or at least do an IP trace and ban accounts associated with it. Like back when they would trace IPs to hit players who were botting to trade to their mains.

If you want a forum where nobody points out your flawed logic as you use your 0 experience in networking to try to suggest that which is not possible, or at the very least exploitable, there are a few thousand websites that will let you start your own forums for free, where you can administer and ban dem n00bs (all the spam bots who register) who defy your need to vent.

You can call it whatever you want. If you offer a theory, in this case "farming level has no effect on herbs yielded," then anything you present as evidence to the theory is a test. "Rants" forum, not the "get bad luck and blame the system" forum. Being in the rants forum doesn't excuse you from making baseless statements as if they are fact, and not backing up said statements with useful evidence. Yes you did. I got the 50 seeds from your original post, which you used that and one other example to claim, not ask, that there was no correlation between level and yield.

Help Jagex, I'm 50 combat and the green dragons keep owning me every time I go near them. Why do you make it so difficult for people to kill green dragons? They're impossible and overpowered nerf them now. Everything seems difficult when you are low level.

The community feels more negative because there are a lot more, so while the quiet majority has stayed quiet, the loud minority has just gotten louder because they have gained mass. If you quit an MMO because it changes over time, then you have no business playing MMOs. All MMOs change a lot over time, they are by design an unfinished product that continues to be developed and improved, whatever sectors of the community think. Even World of Warcraft has changed pretty drastically over time, in terms of game mechanics.
