Hmm, combat requirements are mostly the main one but I see you have the right to post in both although most people who join skiller clans are either level 3 or.. yeah.

When Adelais+Infliction and the rest of Anti TF planned a pk trip to get us and it backfired when one of their members was selling information.

If it's not about a certain aspect of the game isn't it just a community. If there are requirements for combat it's combat however if you need a skill total to get in it's a skiller clan, not what you focus on.
