Well, I did barrows (got full guthan while doing this); pest control, metal dragons and alching. A mixture, and it seemed to go faster

hey there, i've tried (and failed :P) fight caves four times. Sara brews work by being 3 sharks in one. When you drink a dose, it heals 15 and pushes up your defence quite a lot(which is helpful on its self) However, sara brews also decrease your range and other skills, so you use a super restore to get these back up. Its also good that super restores restore prayer as well, which is handy. Good luck with the caves :wink:

yeah, i did a (3) brown stew and it put my herblore up by 6 - enough for new quest :P

actually it is not totally, there is a teleport into the ice area of the wilderness or that could be use to mine rune... :|

I do what you do, sort of. However instead of crystal bow I use msb, this is because crystal bow will protect over guthan, so it is less expensive and way less risky with a msb. Also you should use karils, it is cheap and has a huge mage defence. If you can afford all of that, then you can afford karils. If you can also use dragon square, as it has no negative magic bonus as well as having a higher defence Nice guide :)

^ Thats worth 750 points by the way :P I would would 4k on range and mage to get me good 90+ levels in those and 2k on prayer (which would like 3.5x the exp which i have at the moment)

Eh, just get the right prayer and the neeeb will hit 0 :wink: Theres no need to be dwelling on what he hits lol, he shouldn't hit you at all. (I have died 5 times to Jad)
