Once upon a time, there lived a boy. The boy had a dream. A seemingly unobtainable goal. For it required a wealth greater than what he had. But the boy did not surrender. He was never a quitter. He pushed on. Years passed, without much success. Then, one autumn evening, he found a shiny cyan shield. He was bedazzled by it's power and splendour, and so he kept it for awhile. It aided him in slaying many a dangerous foe. It was, by all regards, a very good companion, but the boy had other things in mind. He sold it and began his one final struggle towards the most pious of skill masteries. And tonight... the journey has ended. It cost me around 150M in todays prices, which by all means makes this the most expensive skill I have ever tackled. Every gp well spent. But, as much as I'd love to call it the end point here, I cannot. Further challenges and opportunities await!

At first I was like.... meh, 3 daily spins again, I'll never get anything good. First spin - 1k gp. Usual Second spin - 5k gp. Slightly better. Wheel hangs. Have to claim later and then click spin again. Spots lucky bandos tassets on rare slot. Thinks he will never land on them. 5 seconds later.. Lovely. Now I have a back-up incase I lose my real tassets. -
The bank's search function must really be a friend, because I don't see any other way of navigating through this one. You can start by throwing out quest items. You already have a quest cape, so I don't see any reason to keep them, other than for novelty's sake. I'll just list the items I think in order to make your bank pretty, you should use up, sell, or drop entirely. You don't have to agree with this list. Maybe you are fond of some items, maybe you have a small collection going on. I don't know. Tab1: Trading sticks, Fist of guthix tokens, Mining helm, Glassblowing pipe, Jug of water, Spices, Willow logs, Evil tree kindling, Dwarven army axe, Bronze crossbow, Fishing bait, Royal cape Toy horsey, Flamtaer hammer, Purple sweets, Cooking urn, Vyrewatch remains, Swamp paste/tar, Shade remains. Tab2: Ancient mace, Wolfbane, Dark dagger, all 3 mage arena staffs, Iban staff, Ivandis rod, Ivandis flail, Silver sickle, Guthix potion, Zaniks crossbow, Bone bolts, Coral crossbow and bolts, all arrows except rune and dragon, Chaos helm, White boots, Insulated boots, Stronghold boots, Void seal. Tab3: CommOrb, Whistle, Cave goblin orb, Rat pole, Glarial pebble, Keys, Cat potion, Golden helmet and bowl, Mobilising armies scrolls, Zogre key, Bull roarer, the three books, Penguin suit, Rune guardian pet, Sled, Bellows, Crystal trinket, Monkey greegree (keep two of one type of ninja and gorilla greegree), Dagannoth hide, Scroll, Nails, brown book, Special teak log, Prayer book, Big bones, Monkey mould, green potion, some slayer tools, Moonclan trinket. Tab4: Desert robes, Ice gloves, Bucket of dung, Ring of visibility, Monk robes, hatchet, book, spices, Hati stuff Tab5: Everything probably has it's use in this tab, but I suggest only keeping the pouches you truly cannot live without. Sell the rest. Tab6: Logs, cyan necklace, Flax, Pizzas, Slayer gem Tab7: Ivandis rod mould. Tab8: Combine all potions you have into 4-dose ones. Buy necessary doses to do this, if not otherwise possible. Drop the fishy potions. Sell empty vials. Tab9: Basically everything in this tab. Organise your bank into broad categories: runes&teleportation, skilling supplies, combat gear, farming, treasure trail items, etc etc. Keep the first tab free of items, except maybe coins and frequently used stuff. Get placeholders for items that allow getting more than one of. Not a smart solution for expensive items and items that degrade upon use. Example of good to have placeholders would be: monkey greegrees, cramulet, proselyte. Without placeholders, the category system above will just fall to chaos. Sweep your bank of unnecessary items more frequently. The GE is your friend on this.

18th march. Have had a couple of 500k's, and a few of those promotional sof-only monkey items, 1 pair of curly horns and a mystic tattoo. Nothing much. Usually borders on the unlucky. No dragon ceremonial nor queens guard stuff, ever.

I should've expected this. Once again, signature is relevant. *sigh* I never asked for this. Looks like an armour Lizards tail. Good try Jagex...... The cape slightly resembles what a christmas tree would look like if strapped on one's back, upside down and covered in tar. Leave it to Jagex... Of all the possible clever designs out there that 'could' have been, they had to make it look like material you'd build a garden fence out of. I swear, they've gone limp on the creativity-part of new or reworked items. All wieldable tzhaar weapons, except maybe the staff, look terrible. The shield doesn't even look remotely like a proper obsidian shield should look like, and the obsidian cape was completely left out. It's like they're following a distinct line of styling on all future armor to come. From the looks of what we've received so far, it will be one gray mass of blandness. Jagex, hire new content designers please. -

Nicely done mate! You're turning up to be a great artist. Keep it up! Many thanks for the nomad avatar, too. <3: EDIT: Tweaked the background. Purple really isn't my thing. Here's the new one, courtesy of a little Photoshop magic. -

Zamorakian spear Facemask Royal amulet Vesta's chainbody+chainskirt Bandos boots Void gloves Milestone cape (don't know which one :P) The cape is just a heraldic cape (I chose Falador), colored moss-green. Gloves are black rfd gauntlets. Rest is spot on. =D>

Double 99!!! -
On the 22nd August, I raised two very different skills to their highest levels. In truth, while I secretly wished to max the 2 eventually, I didn't expect to get the second one at all. I thought I was never going to afford to train it this high. But, I was wrong. Figured I take my pace with it, not rush with fast over-the-top methods, and sooner or later, I would get to the finish line. And so I have. Many thanks to Omnitec, Chiamata, Icemenvp, Maddy and Newb for being there as witnesses. <3: First off... And finally... So that's that. I'm very happy, of course. Permanent smile irl!!! By the end of the year I will try to get 138 combat, a quest cape and if I'm fast, all stats 80.

OCD for bank organization. And I'm never happy with the layout. So I change it every month, or sooner. Lvl 99 bankstanding at the GE. Then I log out due to boredom and lack of motivation. Friends don't help either, because there aren't usually many online to talk to. Anti-efficiency. I trained herblore in it's 90s with combat potions (the ones with goat horn dust and harralander in it). Most people can get 200m xp by the time I got to the last stretch of xp to 99. Quest fear. Even after almost 2 years, I still haven't even started the Nomad's Requiem, because I think I'll die the moment I step into the fight. And last but not least - collecting useless garbage. I have tens of thousands of burnt lobsters, sharks, sets of druid robes, balls of wool, you name it I have it. Clogging up bank space I could store effigies in.
