Fishing definitely. Untrimmed HP is weak. Shows nothing. Untrimmed fishing is pro. It shows you can stay put in one place, dodging extreme boredom along with quite annoying co-fishers, while watching your character bend over at a bubbling spot of water. Honestly, if I wasn't already 99 fishing, I'd go read "War and Peace" again, instead. Backwards.

Yes! Although I just go there to kill them from time-to-time, not even on a slayer task, it's silly how many people leave valuable loot on the ground in favor of more XP/hour. It takes a few seconds to mine the remains, even at a sort-of decent mining level. It's extra stupid, come to think of it. Because most of these players nullify their additional XP gains anyway by hanging 'round the GE, even if it is to gear and pot up for the next task. You play for fun, not for a statistics exam. Seriously :huh:

I don't generally play for ranks. Except for my cooking rank, which awhile ago I managed to keep under #500. The best rank I've ever obtained was back in RSC with 90 firemaking. I think #89 or #88. What I am interested about is XP vs Level. A goal I hold is to significantly increase my total xp while gaining not as many levels. Naturally, that involves raising the XP and therefore rank of the stats already maxed out. And if I trained dungeoneering, it would only increase the XP i needed to gain to get top rank, detrimentally affecting the plan. So as long as this goal stands, I will stay level 1 Dung. :cool:

With the recent old names free-up, I've seen quite alot of names which could be considered pretty rare and even unique. No, wait a minute... saying "unique" is wrong. Every name is in a sense unique, because there's no other one exactly the same. I still cringe when I see names like "Puremelee123", "L337Mike9000" etc etc. You'd think the name change update gave people a chance to be more creative than this. Guess not. :wall: Personally, I like my accounts' names. Have gotten a few compliments too. :wink: Tsar - the rulers of Russia before the communists turned everything upside down and inside out. NineHearts - just because the account has Level 9 Constitution.

What am I? I will always remember myself as that guy in 100esque combat, wearing a green partyhat all day long, in guthix rune armour, prancing the lands of F2P. Idyllic. But the reality is a stark opposite. A 130esque combat, bandos-wearing, no-partyhat guy with multiple 99s, a ridiculous amount of stuff in his bank, tons of loose ends that DESPERATELY crave completion, yet a mind-numbing dread towards actually doing it. When I see all these people, who have maxed out in 2, 3 years, I can't help to fall into a deep thought, pondering "Why can't I max my stats in even 8 years (!!!), while some douchebag out there is doing it in 2, playing the same amount daily as me?" ... Honestly, that is just depressing. I've never been good at income, the only real income source, with which I had built up all my assets - live merchanting - was taken away with the coming of the GE. I've yet to learn how to properly take advantage of it, despite it being around for several years now. So they say I should go to barrows, or GWD, or corp. And truth be told, I cannot. Cause I'm a fumble-fingers. I can't operate at the same speed as is necessary to survive down there. Sometimes I lock up at intense situations... blurry, tunnel vision, heart pummeling, etc. I then have to abandon what I'm doing. So currently, I am forced to rely on my skills for the income. Despite being 80+ in almost every stat, skilling is an inferior, horrid way. Guy gets a hilt in GWD, BAM! 20M in his pocket. I have to slave for a week, possibly two, to get the same. I can therefore never afford the most expensive 99's out there, herblore and prayer. And y'know what... I don't care. In my heart, I'll always be that green phat F2P guy. Slow, and cautious, yet cowardly. Will I ever max out? No. But it's a fun ride, and that's all that matters to me.

Different weirded out item icons I could find in a first search-through. Basically, it seems that ALL items got their icons changed, some more, most almost unnoticeably. Jagex sure can't stay still! Always have to tweak here and there. Usually when there's no need. :roll:

Congratulations for playing less than the average user in these forums :thumbup: If you find so much fun talking to friends, ask each and every one of their's MSN address and talk in a less condemned space where you won't be limited by Runescape's idiotic chat policies and limiters. When rating a character, the first thing people look at is stats vs gameplay time. Your's are generally... well... lacking slightly. You're good to go for a number of 99's, so go do it. Now! 5.5/10.

So what's wrong with 90+ combat? Get 60 pray! it's no longer uber pro to be low cb and high skill total in F2P. Chances are, no one will care anyway. 7/10.

Obviously, the people that don't pick up coin drops believe die-hard that other potential drops from the monster will make them enough profit to call it a success. Although coin drops certainly add up during a long task, it is commonly thought that it is more worthwhile picking up a single rune dagger instead of multiple drops of coins of the same value. Even when you'll eventually alch the dagger anyway. I only leave coins behind when my inventory is truly full or when I have near zero attention span due to being not very sober or just tired from a busy day. I sometimes pick up other peoples abandoned coin piles too, much to their amazement. Their loss! :wink:

Costume room full of stuff that I purchased for basically nothing a few years ago, but now is worth a fortune for some reason, even though the supply of them doesn't seem to have gone down. :lol: I don't think Jagex have an update planned for furies, not in the near future at least. They have fiddled with tzhaar shops alot, changing them again without much of a warning would just beg the question - why didn't they do THAT in the first place?! Or why bother at all... The price rise of 300k a day is most likely part natural part manipulation. Onyx itself is still over 5 times as much as the amulet, which means only a clueless person would craft a fury from it. Thus it renders furies a rather discontinued item. And in Runescape, discontinued items can only go up. :wink:
