  1. Baseball/soccer is anything but exciting, mostly the drama of your team winning.
  2. Well the government does control a lot still. It is a mix of communism and other stuff. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socialism_with_Chinese_characteristics
  3. good plays in hockey and soccer take forever. They go down the field taking so long, just to turn it over and over and over. And the field is so large so it isn't instant. At least hockey the field is faster.
  4. 54 on europe , I knew like some obvious ones. I've heard of mostly all of the countries. Mainly I just did it as a jigsaw puzzle
  5. That's more than A-Rod gets  ^^ I thought that was impossible. So basically, he's getting the equivalent of $250 million dollars for 5 years??? That seems pretty dang impossible, speaking that that is more than the Red Sox total payroll. But $50m a year. Daaaang! And A-Rod is who? That's me speaking as a Briton who reads our sports dailies every day. But YOU know who David Beckham is don't you? And so does most of the 'civilised' world, as well as most of the 'third' world (countries where feeding your family is a more pressing concern than posting you thoughts on a game forum [reality check]). Simon Fuller (who brokered this deal) is nobody's fool. He is one of the most successful (and richest) celebrity promoters on the planet. He and LA Galaxy are going to make an absolute mint out of this deal, money that will make $250M dollars look like small potatoes. I just learned about david beckham this world cup.

Then with only one foot, jump up, down, left right. Then the other foot. Any suggestions for warmups? I'm thinking just laps around the gym.
  21. My psychology teacher helped us with this excercise that is very relaxing. Its supposed to help you relieve tension by yourself like some buddist monks can do. 1. get into a comfortable position 2. close your eyes to turn off visual simulus 3. Listen to the sounds around you, it should be fairly quiet. 4. take deep breaths 5.now concentrate on your chest moving up and down for air. 6. press your right palm down against something. And memorize the tension you feel. now stop, and move your hand in a more comfortable position. 7. press your left palm down against something. And memorize the tension you feel. now stop, and move your hand in a more comfortable position. 8. move your right toes up and hold. Memorize the tension. Put your toes down. 9. move your left toes up and hold. Memorize the tension. Put your toes down. 10. Push your stomach in. Memorize the tension. And then stop it. 11. Now push your torso out, bending your spine. Memorize the tension and then return. 12. Right shoulder up. Then memorize the tension, then put it down. 13. Left shoulder up. Then memorize the tension, then put it down. 14. eyebrows up. Then memorize the tension, then put it back. 15. squint your eyes now. Then memorize the tension, then put it back. 16. open your eyes and get up and stretch your arms out.
  22. I find I learn more about what other ppl in other countries feel on certain things. Just to find out something new, new points. Some topics like politics and religion are doomed to a merry go round of death.
  23. lol I never know when a fish is on my hook, I just wait a minute and see if ones on. I thought it should be when it goes down and bobbles, but I guess not.
